The service was terrible. Whatever VIP access perk we had was never mentioned, but the staff in the restaurant was terrible. All of them were rude and disinterested. We had to order the same thing more than once as they’d just forget. They were not pleasant, apologetic, attentive or accommodating. Each interaction with about 4 of the wait staff was unpleasant. Felt we were somehow a burden for being there. And after a long day of traveling it hit exactly the wrong note. The gentleman who served us at breakfast was nice and we couldn’t believe it and basically gushed over it, when it was just basic politeness and good service. I asked if the restaurant had a corkscrew we could borrow and the waiter scoffed and acted like this was an insane request. He came back and said there were none at the same time another member of the staff said she could happily get us one if we needed and called down for it.

A great hotel. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The views were incredible and there was a lot to do in the area. We will definitely return in the future.
