“We stayed here for 8 days. The hotel staff, restaurant food and spacious lobby, room space, comfortable pillows and beds... were all great. Very close to Oberlin College, great location!!”

“Courteous staff at the desk. Middle of the night, awoke to someone pounding on my door. It took way too long to check the security tapes (to find that the person had driven away.) Musty, moldy smell in the room -- either the AC or the bed linens, hard to tell. Took 10 minutes for the shower to become lukewarm and that's all the hot water there was. Unacceptable.”

“From the first day of check in we had a bad experience. Staff told me I was checked in and I wasn’t, they even went to the room and some one was in the room sleep. They found me another room. The next day my daughter was locked out at 3 a.m. in the morning and was told we never showed up our room was cancelled. The policy is no smoking but the hallway was full of weed fumes. My grandkids had to walk though that constantly. Dog hair was all up and down the hallways. They never cleaned our rooms……
