Sauna and living areas are also located on the upper floor. Living area is equipped with sofa bed, light fireplace, kitchen with sink, fridge and cupboard. There are two WCs in the apartment, shower also in downstairs within the WC. Another is upstairs in the sauna area.

The nearest restaurant is on the ground floor of the house. The two Levi Kunkku houses have at least food and dance restaurants and a karaoke bar. There is a good soundproofing in the house.

Bed linen in beds and final cleaning are included in the prices. If you need extra beds, extra bed linen will be provided. Guests make beds by themselves.

There is a construction site on the area beginning from 04/2022 and it will last several years.
