I don't usually write reviews but I was pleasantly surprised after reading other reviews that weren't very positive. My wife and I had a very pleasant experience. We had a bungalow and it was as expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and will return.

Very family friendly resort. Not the best resort for young energetic couples with the desire to be around couples without kids. Alcoholic drink menu is very limited. There is no night club if that’s something you desire to be an option. Resort is very clean, staff is mostly helpful but they do lack coordination on what’s open and services provided in different parts of the resort. When you go to the buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner please get there early. Food is more fresh, but mainly tables fill up fast. First day we got our food and had to wait 10 minutes for a table to open. Book on the weekend, I noticed better service when the resort was more busy.

The room was clean, the only complaint I would have is that they gave us a very hard time getting towels for the pool. First the lady by the pool told us that we should get a towel card, since we came late (8 pm) and they didn’t have them, we didn’t get a card. In the future we will bring towels for the pool…:-( The waitress were excellent, the people at the counter were ok, at bar they were courteous. Excellent service overall. My wife and I plan to come over once more, but with towels…:-)

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food and entertainment were fantastic, I was there a couple of times on the last ten years, definitely I have seen improvement on this visit, not is much tourists like the last times, more local people from Nicaragua, it was a great time.

The place is nice with the beach and swimming pool. Their bathrooms are terrible on the resort. Also the cleanness of the rooms are okayeesh. But the bathroom looks really old and needs more work. Also the house keepers are very protective and slow on replying for extra towels or toilet papers. The rooms has a lot of insects entering due to cracks through the doors and window. This place needs a lot of fixing in order to maintain tourists coming from out of the country. Because it seems like the locals are the only ones keeping them up float. The only great plus I can give them is their swimming pool and beach. But staying there I wouldn’t recommend it just because of how the rooms are pourly maintained. Also the dinner is great but it seems they reuse some of the food from lunch.
