"The Columbia Tree House was located very close, walking distance to downtown Hood River. This VRBO offered an excellent view of the Columbia River. We spent a lot of time just lounging on the back deck enjoying the great weather and the tremendous view of the river. I would stay here again."

"All really great. Just a couple of suggestions. Downstairs shower has low water pressure and some electrical plugs need to be updated. Road noise is an issue but we did fine with it. Carpet and linoleum could be updated for a nicer experience. All in all we would definitely stay there again."

"Nicely situated townhouse. Great view of Mt. Adams from the bottom of the driveway. The driveway is quite steep, typically not a problem except for the acute angle where it meets the street. Low clearance vehicles may bottom out their bumpers. The proximity warning on my bumpers were alarming red as I carefully crept in and out of the drive. Temperature control was an issue within the house. Setting the lower floor to 68 degrees resulted in the upstairs being extremely warm necessitated opening...

"The house had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The furnishings, the beds and bedding, the kitchen supplies - all were great. We had one sunny day when we enjoyed the magnificent view from the deck. When the rains came on day two, the view was different, but still beautiful. The location is wonderful, and we were able to easily explore Hood River, White Salmon, and the surrounding areas. Would definitely rent here again."

"Beautiful home - very solidly built in the craftsman style. Very walkable - Mike’s ice cream is a 6 min walk, many other places are close. Parking in the garage is great, but you can’t close the garage door from the outside. What people say about the stairs is true - there are 17 stairs to get to the main living area, and another 16 stairs to get to the bedrooms. This wasn’t a problem for us, but it was difficult for my elderly father. The one floor suite right next door was perfect for him...
