The apartment consists of a combined living and dining area on the first floor of the house. A modern kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired. As well as refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, rich crockery and cutlery, a dining area for four people is included. The comfortable living area has a sofa and a TV for relaxation and entertainment. The bathroom with daylight window consists of a shower cubicle, vanity and toilet. On the property is for you a barbecue area with matching garden furniture. In the second level in the attic, the sloping ceilings provide coziness. Here you can sleep in the open sleeping gallery in holiday dreams. Two single beds and a holiday library are available. For our younger guests is a travel cot and a high chair for free use in the apartment. Special features Please note that smoking is only permitted outside. Bread service can be ordered on request. There is a free parking lot at the house. Opposite the object is the holiday village on the Baltic Sea in Wohlenberg. Here you can have great breakfasts or meals or use the on-site playground. The seaside Boltenhagen can be reached in a few minutes. There are two supermarkets and a beverage market and various clothing stores. The spa and the city center are also within easy walking distance. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Information about bicycles & carts Dear guests, please understand that we have no liability for the provided carts. Cost of upcoming repairs or Costs for borrowing replacement devices can take over, if the devices are defective, you do not agree or not available at the moment. The wagon is offered as a bonus with and if something breaks, we need at least a week to fix the damage or even get a replacement. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two to four people including utilities and bed linen. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.
