Accommodation and especially villas were kept very clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job, fast and efficient and diligent. Areas that need improvement, is the beach front. Sun loungers were pretty filthy and broken. Certainly there were not enough loungers to cope with the amount of guests. Very poor beach front in comparison to other hotel / accommodation offerings. The staff are very warm and friendly. Be aware the reception is only covered from 8am until 5pm. So any issues outside these times need to wait until the next day.

Easy access to the beach and pool area, shops, bars and eating out. Very peaceful and tranquil. Staff very helpful and friendly.Security make the resort feel safe. Would recommend unreservedly.

NOT a nice hotel near the beach
I have stayed in Lamai four times and this was the worst hotel thus far. Rooms not maintained. Air conditioner barely worked. Bed had old mattress which needs to be replaced. Advertised 'free' wifi useless. Basically, the owners do not invest on the rooms. Instead, hotel spends money on a new bar by the beach and a pool that is not maintained. Couldn't use the first week of our stay. Full of algae. In addition, Expedia price more than what the hotel actually charges. DON'T STAY HERE!

Nice hotel close to the beach . Worth the price
The rooms are wide and clean and staff very nice But on the beach there are few chairs so you found all occupied at 8 am , and they are of wood old stile and look to be old .

The hotel has a nice beach, well located at lamai beach. The rooms (we had a bungalow) was good. However in the hotel description they write to have a pool, BUT THERE IS NO POOL. Further, they also write to have room service available, BUT HAVING NO PHONE IN THE BUNGALOW MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO ENJOY ROOM SERVICE.. This a bit unfair to me...

Die Flexibilität und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war super, Bungalow war sehr sauber und trotz der Lage mitten im Zentrum, ruhig. Es war ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt. Kommen gerne wieder

Das Hotel hat verschiedene Zimmerkategorien und Bungis. Die Bungis kenne ich nicht. Das Standardzimmer reich für alleinreisende aus. Zu zweit ist es eng. Sauber! Jeden Tag 2 Flaschen Wasser und zusätzlich Strandhandtücher.seit einogen Jahren gibt es nun einen Pool. Die optimale Lösung ist das nicht. Es gibt ein paar Liegen am Strand und Pool. Leider keine Matratzen dazu. Dss ist ärgerlich Der Strandabschnitt ist ideal. In die Stadt zum Nachtessenmarkt cs 3 Minuten. Zz Walkingstreet 10 Minuten. Wenn ich nochmal nach Samui komme, dann gerne wieder in dieses Hotel

Gute Lage direkt am Strand, nette Bungalows, aber sehr einfach und veraltet. Für diese Leistung (ohne Frühstück) zu teuer. Bett sehr hart, sehr unbequem.

Très déçue de cet hôtel que j'avais pris en confiance suite aux commentaires que j'avais pu lire. Accueil nul, pas souriant, pas de bienvenu et surtout pas amenée aux chambres à porter ses valises. Отдыхали в отеле в июле 3 недели. Прекрасное расположение, выход на море прямо из бунгало, Есть бассейн, лежаки на пляже и у бассейна, выбирай по желанию, какой хочешь. Недалеко от отеля с левой стороны прекрасный продуктовый супермаркет, православная церковь. До камней бабушка и дедушка можно дойти пешком. Направо пойдете, супермаркет Лотус с хорошим ресторанным двориком. Минусы: очень плохой вай фай, можно сказать никакой и напор в душе отвратный, нет фена, не было и русского канала тв. В целом отдых понравился. Совет: запасайтесь средствами от комаров и муравьев, злые жуть.

Bungalow und Haus in Strandnähe mit kleinem Pool
Direkt am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alle fussläufig zu ereichen. Am Pool Liegen, Aber leider ohne Sonnenschirme. Am Strand ein Paar Liegestühle und Schirme (etwas in die Jahre gekommen!) Bungalows sehr sauber, werden zügig und sehr ordentlich täglich gereinigt.

L'hôtel en général est plutôt correct, cependant la literie est atroce ! On a l'impression de dormir sur une planche de bois tant le matelas était dur. La salle de bain est très petite, la vue de notre chambre était pas terrible (préférez peut être les bungalows aux chambres standards). Enfin une odeur absolument nauséabonde à l'entrée de l'hôtel ! Je ne recommencerai pas particulièrement cet hôtel, pour le prix vous pouvez avoir beaucoup mieux !

Bodde i Bungalow som var perfekt att bo i. Betyget dras ner av lite för hårda sängar. Men jag fick personalen att lägga in täcken under lakanet så blev det lagom mjukt. Nära till stranden i egen bungalow är vad jag uppskattar mest. Även nära till allt vad Lamai har att erbjuda i övrigt.

Godt basis hotel. Dyrt ifht. komforten.
Meget basis hotel. Ingen pool selvom det står i beskrivelsen. Senge MEGET HÅRDE. Stranden lækker men umiddelbart for for store bølger til badning. Hotellet ligger direkte på stranden. Mange restauranter både på stranden og på den anden side.

Отличный отель!! Персонал старается, улыбчивый. До моря из номера - 30 секунд. С террасы слышно прибой. Брали бунгало (советую), лучше чем в основном здании, и море ближе. В центре Ламая, все развлечения рядом. Куча ресторанов, кафе, баров, кабаре даже есть. Пляж хороший, есть свои лежаки. Мопед можно взять прямо в отеле за 200 бат в сутки. В общем чисто, уютно. Нам понравилось. Для бюджетников - самое то! Из минусов - оооочень твердый матрас, на любителя, читали отзывы - усмехались, а по приезду уже не так весело было :)

Прекрасное сочетание:цена-качество-расположение
3 недели, январь-февраль; улучшенный номер (кондиционер, холодильник, чайник, балкон, сейф- вообщем, все необходимое; но кровати-ооочень жесткие! хотя мы любим-спим на жестком...), бесплатная вода в номере- удобно; пляж отличный-2-3 минуты по дорожке, можно ходить в купальниках; лежаков нет, но достаточно шезлонгов с зонтиками, можно лежать на ковриках (покупаются недорого в любом магазинчике), можно взять полотенце для пляжа; на пляже бывает бесплатный кофе, покупали вкуснейшие пирожки с ананасами (примерно 30 бат- прекрасный завтрак), приносят местные женщины; очень доброжелательное отношение персонала (чаевые отставляли за уборку по 20 бат день через день); рядом множество кафе, недалеко 2 больших магазина (Теско лотус и Макро) и рынок по дороге в Теско Лотус- покупали рыбу, креветки; очень вкусно и недорого можно поесть на макашницах рядом с площадью с танцевальными барами (шашлычки- 40-50 бат, тай фуд- 60-70 бат, пиво в магазинчике рядом- 35 бат), много магазинчиков 7-11, фэмили март. Мечтаем вернуться еще не раз!
