A delightful hotel in a very convenient location in the old town. Staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfasts amazing. Room very comfortable with tea/coffee provided and a lovely bathroom. Lots of choice of accommodation in Krakow so we were delighted with our choice and highly recommend.

This was an amazing hotel. Far enough from the town centre that it was quiet, but still just a 5 minute walk to all the action. 8 minutes away from the main train station and mall by foot. Staff was extremely kind, courteous and helpful. I am already planning on returning to this same hotel next year. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay at the Garmond hotel. Located close to the main Krakow Square and Galleria mall/train station. Exceptional staff, particularly Joanna at the front desk and Magdelna in the restaurant. The morning breakfast was delicious and exceeded our expectations, particularly the sernik (Polish cheesecake). The decor of the hotel is chic, classy and we loved the music. We hope to be back again.

Beautiful updated hotel with thoughtful nods to the building's history. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was available early upon arrival which was much appreciated after a long day of travel! Very clean, comfortable room on a quiet street thats located right within the Old Town. Would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet location near main square

Quiet location next to planty park but close to main town square. Staff are amazing, really friendly and happy to help. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb.

Fantastic, clean, modern with a top location

Really amazing find in Old Town, with very modern and stylish art-deco design touches. Super quiet as well, which is a nice bonus for those who need to work in their rooms. Location can't be beat, either, you are in the middle of all the action, with none of the noise that some other hotels may have on busier streets (hotel is on a quiet street in old town).

Best hotell in Cracow

We had a wonderful stay at this hotell. It looks like new and was very well located in Krakow. Close both to the old square and the big shoppingcenter. The beds wer big and comfy and the room nicely decorated. But the BEST thing was the breakfast :) ALL you could wish for was available - including Prosecco.

Lovely building and decor. Staff super friendly. Great location to the train station and the centre. Did not use the restaurant or bar as plenty of options surrounding the hotel. My only criticism is that the room was unbearably hot at night but thankfully you can physically open the windows in the room so we spent most of the time with the window open. There seemed to be a lack of control when operating the dial in the room to amend the temperature so we just gave up and open/closed the window as necessary.

As a solo female traveler my first concern is always safety - this hotel is in a really great part of the city - in the “old town” - I walked to the main square (and all over) - always felt safe, always lots of foot traffic around. The hotel itself was much nicer than I expected tbh. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable (great cozy bed), and a nice bathroom w big shower. The dining room is also very good, and the public areas are very nice. One thing I didn’t realize til checking in is it’s a Marriott. I felt like that provided some of the best Marriott features (again like great bed and bathroom) but kept a boutique hotel feel. 5 min max walk to the main square. No noise at all at night. I’d definitely stay again.

An excellent location a minutes walk to the square and bars, shops and restaurants. Beautifully decorated and lovely scent everywhere. Large comfortable bed and a gorgeous shower. Soaps, shampoo, teas and coffees are a great addition. Fab hotel, will stay again

Ottima posizione a 10 minuti dalla stazione centrale e da altri mezzi cittadini. a pochi passi dal centro ma in zona tranquilla. Colazione buona. Purtroppo su tre giorni di permanenza, la macchina dei waffle è stata rotta per due. Camera confortevole. Consigliato.

Brilliant hotel. We had a lovely welcome by the lady on reception after a long journey and arriving much later than we were due to. We were tired , but the lady made the check in seamless and couldn't do any more to make us feel really welcome. The room, even though it was one of the road facing rooms, was extremely quiet, as the road is not one that has passing traffic so extremely quiet, and borders on to the park that circles the old town. We did have a problem with the air conditioning, and the room did get quite warm a couple of the nights, as for some reason, the Aircon goes off by itself in the middle of the night, so we had to contact reception to change the settings for our room which seemed to sort it (they seem to control the Aircon from reception, although you can change temperature in the room from the panel inside the room). We didn't try the food in the hotel, so can't comment on the quality, although if the service is anything like the service at reception, it will be good. If we ever return to Krakow we would definitely look up this hotel for availability as had a fantastic experience here. Thank you to all the staff.

Wonderful hotel. Very nice, quiet, clean room despite being close to the elevator. Room darkening shades helped ensure a good night's sleep. Minibar fridge and coffee/tea in room. Only downside is the restaurant doesn't open for dinner until 5pm. We checked in at 3 and preferred to eat and rest a bit before heading to the rynek. Plenty of other options but for convenience, it would be nice if they had even light bites. Otherwise a lovely hotel that we will return to.

It is situated next to a small park and opposite a school, yet it felt very quiet. The main square in the Old Town is within walking distance. Nice spacious room and nice and helpful staff. There are so many eateries within five minutes of the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our time in the hotel.
