"The host was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, when we hung a hand towel on the rack, the rack fell off the wall. The bed was two mattresses pushed together with a huge hard ridge. The rooms entered into a small common area and the door to the outside didn't close. People see in and out all night to smoke outside the door, the cigarette smoke was thicker and thicker seeing under our wide gap under our door. It was like sleeping in an ashtray. Our poorest experience in a month long stay. But...

"The hotel staff was accommodating, however, the room had an unpleasant odor of smoke and visible mold growth. Additionally, there was significant noise disturbance during the night, affecting my ability to rest. To further inconvenience, there was a lack of available transportation options, such as Uber or taxis, when I needed to depart for the airport."

"We had a fantastic experience. The staff very professional and friendly. Everything well organised and the customer service just impeccable. It was our first time in Turkey and they told us all about how to get around. Rooms super clean, the food were tasty. From pool, sauna, massage all 5\*. Definitely my first choice if I visit Turkey again. The only downside is that there isn’t much around. But that isn’t a problem if you’re driving. We had a fantastic experience.
