“Anuncian un spa que no está en funcionamiento, nada funciona. Saunas apagadas, hammans clausurados etc Gente chillando en la piscina del spa, niños saltando y comiendo... Otros huéspedes se iban quejando y nadie hacía nada. Habitaciones llenas de polvo, aires que no funcionan, literalmente nos quedanos con algún pomo de puerta en la mano. En fin, un hotel bonito con un mantenimiento muy pobre.”
