“Oda temizdi,klima çalışmıyordu onun yerine ufo vardı ısıtıcı, yorgan ve yastık eksikti istedik getirdiler.Odada tv yoktu istediğimizde sonuçlanmadı. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi restorandaki çalışan personeller ilgiliydi. Girişteki resepsiyondaki bayan biraz donuk birisiydi güler yüzlü değildi.Karşılama bölümünün daha bilgili ve güler yüzlü birinin olmasını tercih ederdim.Daha öncedende geldik genel anlamda memnun kaldık.”

“Unser Zimmer war neuwertig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Herr Hakan bey der Hotelmanager und seine Mitarbeiter, vor allem Ibrahim vom Restaurant haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet. Wir hatten ein 1x Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Bisher hatte ich noch nicht so komfortabel im Hotel übernachtet. Die Lage nahe zum Strand oder zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Marmaray) könnte nicht besser sein. Danke an das Team Denizatı, wir werden sicher wieder kommen. ”
