This hotel was quite frustrating. First of all I will say the only amazing thing about the hotel was the pool. The pool is great and beautiful, however there are many downfalls which negate how great the pool is. First of all if you need wifi on your trip, this is not the place to go. The wifi doesn’t reach any of the rooms, they had pool wifi then made it for staff only, and the only area to use the wifi is in the lobby where it’s loud. I miss getting wifi when I wake up in the morning, but instead I have to go downstairs to get wifi. We were really shocked, but when we left our laptop charger in the lobby and asked for it back that night, they tried to steal it from us. Saying theydidn’t have it. We finally after hours got the charger back from them, only because we said we would call the police as we knew they had it. They also wouldn’t let us see the security footage to show that they took it. That really shocked us a lot that they would do that. They clean the room everyday but don’t clean the kitchen, even though we booked an extra week and they said they would clean the kitchen but didn’t. The shower water is also sometimes cold and sometimes super hot, I waited 20 minutes once waiting for it to finally get hot enough to shower. As I said, the only good thing is the pool, but they close it at six pm and there are always loud kids in the pool as it’s a family hotel. Think before you stay here.

Miss Nicole Always Tuntas Family Suites do the best for guest. Miss Nicole, we have to say that you are not telling truths. You are telling this hotel is not well but you had new reservation for one week. If we are not good enough we did not understand why you extended your holiday. finally, blaming hotel with stealing your computer charger is far from the truth. one of our guests found charger at the restourant,gave us and we gave you. we did our best for you like other guests. Best Regards

Very dated place and not sure what 4star rating is
Place was ok in Fotos. But room was very dated like an old apt. Except for bathroom all was very old with a 13 inch tube tv. Pool closed while it was sun and hot outside. Walk to beach is close but not a nice walk unless you like downhill ruin steps . We managed but not a comfortable place. For the price use judgement and see where you accept some thing and some not. A.c. only in living room not bedroom. At night it's cool but sleeping with door open got me bites from unfriendly musquitos.

They sold me hotel room with wifi but they have wifi only public arean anf it is very weak, even you can make voice call on whatsapp. Hotel very durty, no one prefer to go to Tuntas hell hotel.

The bar staff ripped me off. They added items on the bill that I didn't purchase and increased the quantity for the items I did. Their pool closes really early, the kids never got to swim in the pool and they wouldn't accommodate us. Breakfast which was included was terrible, instead of a buffet, the gave each one of us a boiled egg, 3 pieces of cheese, 2 slices of cucumber and tomatoes, a basket of bread and few olives. There was no menu for prepaid breakfast to order from or fruits other than a piece of dried apricot.

Thanks for your review. The things that you mentioned about the bar staff is unacceptable. Open buffet is forbidden because of the Covid.

The economic room was dirty, bathroom very dirty, everything old, all the furniture needs to be replaced, the walls were not painted for many years and the breakfast was very poor. Only a plate with just a few pieces..

Dear guest we have Safe Tourism Certificate and we are getting checked weekly. We are fully aware of the Covid situation. Cleaning is our main focus. Our hotel is getting renovated and getting painted every year for our guests. Breakfast is not open buffet this year because of the virus.

I wouldn’t revisit
Hotel is close to beach, once you climb a huge hill. If you have a 4-7 floor room you will have a lovely view of the sea. Air con is €6 a day! Staff are not very helpful with the exception of Sakine, a lady with good English who would bend of backward to help you out. Staff have almost no customer service skills. First night there, arrived late, ordered food in, as restaurant was closed, a member of staff added to our ordered and never paid for his share. Decor hasn’t been changed in years. Previous stains still on sheets and pillow cases even after been washed.

Close to beach, great view!
Pros:On a hill with a view. Rooms were big with a bedroom, sitting room and small kitchenette. Clean and well kept. Not luxurious by any means but had everything we needed. Breakfast was served on the patio with ocean view. Restaurant on site that you can order dinner starting at 7:30pm. Tthey had a bar with limited menu by the pool which we ate an early dinner from on our first night there. Pool was big, although we did not take advantage of the pool. Cons: Upon check in there was some confusion with how many rooms we reserved. Two of the rooms were under the same name, with the II and III on them but it was clearly marked Room 1, Room 2 and Room 3. The front desk clerk was very confused and spoke and understood very little English. Luckily my son was with us and speaks Turkish and translated for us. Once that was cleared up they offered a "pin code" for us to use to purchase anything during our stay and pay at the end. Very convenient but they didn't explain how to use it. We had dinner one night, and at the end asked to use our pin code. The waiter had rang us up to pay cash. We left without paying for he said he would figure out how to get it on our account. The next day he found us in the lobby and added it to our account. Another complaint I have is that you had to rent the remote for the air conditioner at $6. Found out a day later that our reservations came with the rental, had we not gone to the front desk to ask for towels and renting it we would not have known.

Nice apartment with basic kitchen equipment.
Because I had rented a car, so it is ok to go that place. But it is a nice quiet place to stay. Beautiful swimming pool, but I don't have time to do swimming.

Very nice hotel
The hotel has excelent location, very close to Ladies beach. We took half board, and the food was excelent. The best of the hotel is his pool, very nice! Totaly would recomend!

BAD hotel
This is not a hotel, close to a motel. we spent 1.5 hours just looking for it. It is near the street but there is no sign that shows finally the guy came up to the street to show us after we nearly begged him to do so. It is very dirt from the inside and there are no room amnesties. My girlfriend ever refused to take a bath because it was so dirty. Bed is very hard and very dirty sheets. Hotel staff are very very rude and never help u with anything even in directions. They just tell u we do not know. We arrived at 1:30 am and next day we left at 9 am. We preferred to drive early instead of staying is such a s*** hole.

we had a great time
we rented four rooms for eight of us and stayed for six days. we had a great time there. i didn't want to leave at the end of our trip. tuntas has a very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. love the table tennis! we want to go back to tuntas every year!

Horrible experience, lowest class
We saw some good reviews and got carried away. Horrible experience - at best a 2 star hotel. Tired hotel, in need of huge renovation. Recently painted to give it a good outer cover, but inside the rooms and bathrooms everything is dated and needs desperate change.

The hotel is not very well located and very basic. Food was bad and expensive. The room was clean but found a dead roach in the bathroom. WiFi didn't work in the room. Staff spoke good English.

Staff could not do enough
Althougth the hotel has a slightly unusual layout and pool is across the courtyard we found the hotel and staff great. At no tıme was the music too lound or the bar too rowdy so we were able to sleep well. Beds very comfortable and apartment very spacious. The staff could not do enough for us and made us feel very welcome.

Odalar temiz. Mutfakta tüm malzemeler mevcut. Banyolar yenilenmiş. Mobilyalar biraz eski, Tv tüplü 90'lı yılları yaşıyorsunuz fakat fiyatı uygun. Deniz 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. otel oldukça eski, şimdi göremeyeceğiniz 2 odalı ve mutfaklı bir tasarıma sahip. bu şekliyle dışardan yemek istemeyen, çocuklu ailelere uygun. banyoları yenilenmiş, odalar temiz ancak mobilyalar eski. otel 2 yönlü, bir tarafı deniz, bir tarafı havuz manzaralı. yatak kısmında priz yok, odada ise toplam 2 adet priz var. şampuan, duş jeli, sıvı sabun yok. televizyon 37 ekran tüplü. kaldığımız dönem sakin bir dönemdi, havuz kalabalık olmadı. otelin en güzel kısmı da havuzuyddu zaten. sivrisinekler için önleminizi almayı unutmayın. beklentiniz temiz oda, güzel havuz ise fiyat performans açısından çok güzel bir hotel. çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve anlayışlı.

Eski bir otel
Otel çok eski ve çoğu yer rutubet kokuyor . Odalar eski mobilyalar klima hepsi çok eski . Ee tabi fiyatı da o sebeple ucuz . Otelde havuzda var ama biz faydalanmadık . Sadece gece geçirip dinlenmek için kaldık . Ama pek dinlenemedik biraz boğucu biryer
