“Great location and clean rooms. Would stay there again!”

“The room met all l of my needs, was clean and comfortable. It was only 12 minutes from my daughter's home. The owner gave clear directions. I would stay here again if available.”

“I am beyond frustrated writing this, but the experience my husband and I just had with a Vrbo property in Reading, Pennsylvania demands your immediate attention. The listing was blatantly misleading. Not “slightly off.” Not “a little different.” Completely misleading. When we arrived, the exterior of the property looked like something out of a neglected, abandoned site—run-down, poorly maintained, and frankly embarrassing to even pull up to. It immediately created concern, discomfort, and a strong……

“Very nice stay. Unfortunately, door code would not work until exactly 3pm....(I know) but it would not work at 240pm or 258pm....... I mean, that really inconvenient....This will continue to push people towards hotels... We have to be out by 10am exactly, or there's a fee. but god forbid we get into the room 10 minutes early .... Shame.”

“Overall a great place to stay in Allentown. The place is well appointed and the beds were comfortable. We ended up parking on the street as parking behind the building was a bit confusing to understand precisely where to park. You do have to pay to park on the street every day except Sunday. The owner of Gems and Joe was very kind and informative regarding the area. This is so much nicer than a hotel and so much more comfortable.”

“The unit is as pictured and is very nice. I stayed here for 5 weeks and was very comfortable. The house has great amenities, which I really appreciated as I am a traveling student and am not used to a VRBO being so well-stocked. I appreciated the parking space as well. The neighborhood is okay. There is a nice park about a ten minute drive away. There was an upstairs guest as well, and the sound barely traveled, which was also a nice change.”

“Visiting family nearby. Nice to have a relaxing place for the morning and evening. My husband loved the meditation area! Quiet neighborhood. No dedicated parking but managed OK. It would have been nice to have an actual emergency number as well as better functioning blinds n the bedroom but overall good place to stay.”
