There was a terrible winter storm that made us late getting to the property. No one ever answered the phone before the place was closed or after and we couldn’t even stay there. I’m trying to get a refund on my payment that I made with the reservation because we literally had to go to another hotel during the winter storm because this hotel wouldn’t answer the phone and was closed.

Excellent customer service. I scheduled the wrong dates and they were exceptionally easy to work with and they changed the dates without any hassle despite the error being mine. Very quiet. The bed was actually firm and not sunk in like most hotels. Will certainly stay again!!

Appreciated the price and the room was recently redone. No chair to sit on in the room and noisy neighbors was the only complaint and since I just wanted to sleep, that is what I did. Bed was not luxury, but did the job. Just 2 pillows and I like more. The front desk guy was a bit cranky. It was after 8 pm when we checked in and he acted like he had had enough that day and was ready to be done. Price was commiserate with what we got.

This Motel provides good, basic lodging. The unit was clean and had been maintained. I would stay there again.

Very affordable, clean room, quiet. Motel is undergoing renovation, our room recently renovated and was nice, but it is an older building in a more industrial part of town. Michael checked us in and was friendly and helpful.
