This is the second time my family stays in this hotel and they had a great experience, good location to go to the center and the south of the city. Pretty good breakfast and the room completely comfortable. We highly recommend Ritz hotel to anyone.

Room was an apartment with bedroom, living area, dining area and kitchen. Bed was comfortable and everything was spotless. Breakfast was included and had a decent variety of food. We also liked the restaurant in the hotel. There was a mall with a grocery store about three buildings away. A lot of restaurants within a few blocks.

Excellent hotel !!!

This hotel is s great choice . It is located in a very safe area, with an ATM and mall with a supermarket next door. It is in a very convenient area, between the old town and the south where the good restaurants are. It is not a walkable distance but Uber is very cheap and easy. The room was amazing , very spacious, and bright, with a big bedroom and living room, kitchenette, and plenty of windows facing the Main Street . Service was amazing , very courteous, helpful, and client oriented. The included breakfast was very good . Aside from the common areas needing a little bit of revamping, I felt like I was in a five star hotel. I totally recommend this hotel and I will stay for sure again on this hotel when back to Bolivia .

This is the second time I stay at the hotel. The building and rooms are old but clean and well maintained and kept: each unit has a kitchenette but in this occasion the stove was not working so I cannot give a 5 star rating. The hotel service is excellent and friendly. My suggestion is to provide at least 1 bottled water daily to guest although there is a big jug in the lobby. Finally, just want to make a comment that the pizza at the restaurant (Dukes’s) is terrible. Not sure if the altitude affects the flour, but I do not recommend the pizza from the hotel- I even got stomach sick from it (may be a combination of the altitude and the pizza).

Great location. Staff were not as friendly as i’d want or expect, but they got the job done. I’d expect a bellman to, at least, offer to help me carry my luggage down the steps to the waiting taxi instead of simply watching me do it myself. I tip, btw. Breakfast was mediocre, at best. Had to wait for plates, look for coffee cups. Not enough food for the number of guests left one waiting for more to be brought out. The whole breakfast experience was subpar. Lastly, one tiny bottle of water in the room upon arrival? C’mon, that’s just cheap. One more thing: It’s an APART-hotel with a kitchenette. ZERO supplies were provided. Even one kitchen towel, a small sponge, a tiny bottle of liquid dish soap would have been appreciated.
