Nice duplex apartment located in the resort of Les Coches in the ski area 'Paradiski' grouping la Plagne ski resorts, Les Arcs and Peisey Vallandry.

This one is located in the center of the resort, above all shops, Sherpa bakery, butcher, newsagent and souvenirs, cremerie, pub, various restaurants.
You can fully enjoy the resort both in winter and summer.


Duplex of 32 m2:

Upstairs is 1 bedroom (3 single beds), a bathroom + 1 toilet,
On the ground floor is a kitchen
microwave grill oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee elecrique, raclette, blender, beater + ceramic hob.
A living room with 1 large sofa (convertible into double bed 200X200 Please provide large towel) TV with Freeview, DVD player and a dining area.

The residence is ideally placed in the center of the resort.
In summer mountain bike rides, hikes, table tennis 70 activities are offered throughout the summer and for those who want to do nothing there is a wellness center at

Sejour très agréable, studio très bien situé à proximité de tous commerces et proches des remontées. Petit bémol, immeuble très très mal isolé autant thermique que phonique !! Petit detail qui a son importance un parking privatif a l'appartement top.

Die Lage und die Wohnung sind ideal, jedoch sind die nächtlichen Heimkehrer der darunterliegenden Bar sehr laut gewesen.
