L'Ormeau is a farmhouse, located 3 km from the spa of La Roche-Posay, quiet, on a garden of 2500 m2 partly enclosed. The house is on the ground floor: living room with old beams and fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms open on the countryside, bathroom, separate toilet, laundry room, dressing room.
The river La Gartempe is accessible 100 m walk, notice to fishermen! For walkers, beautiful walks from the house to discover the countryside and surrounding woods.
L'Ormeau is 3.5 km from La Roche-Posay thermal baths. the location is ideal for spa guests who can rest and enjoy nature (special rate cure of three weeks: 10% discount).
On the borders of Vienne, Indre and Indre-et-Loire, the house is in the heart of an exciting territory with activities for all tastes: golf 18 holes, thalassotherapy, canoeing, swimming ... La fermette est arrangée avec goût dans les tons ocre et blanc et gris-bleu, très relaxant avec une décoration sobre. L'ensemble est très propre. Elle se situe à proximité de chemins dans la campagne, au calme.

N'hésitez pas une seconde pour apprécier cette longère. Vous serez très bien accueillis et vous vous y sentirez très bien. Beaucoup d'espace, extérieur et intérieur dans un cadre rustique. Il ne manque rien! C'est super.

Pour ce qui concerne la propreté, l'équipement et le confort ainsi que l'agrément des extérieurs, rien à dire tout était irréprochable. Belle maison de caractère au calme de la campagne. Bien équipée matériellement, distribution de l'espace de vie correspondant bien aux nombres de personnes pouvant y être accueillies. Le petit bémol: Un espace douche indépendant de la salle de bains actuel serait le bienvenu au vu de la capacité de l'hébergement. Néanmoins, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos petits enfants.
