“It was a nice quiet place to stay while visiting Charleston. The staff was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was great. The location is a bit far from the main activity in the historic district but it gives you a good opportunity to walk the full length of King Street and see all of the shops. The only thing I didn’t like was when I booked my hotel it was not clear that this a resort, and I was being booked by one of the timeshare owners and not the resort itself. Also it wasn’t……

“We were very pleased with our stay overall. Our loft was clean and comfortable and convenient to everything. I think it would be important to note in the listing that the washer/dryer amenity listed is actually not available in the unit (I heard there was a laundry on site somewhere though), there is a $35 nightly fee for valet which is virtually impossible to do without, and guests will be approached with a timeshare condo sales pitch. Overall we were very pleased with our unit and would stay……
