Absolutely loved the resort every attention to detail was remarkable. The decorating and grounds are outstanding and impeccably clean. We could always find a chair around the pool which was fantastic even on the busier days. My only 2 critiques where I feel they fall short on is the staff and food options. Staff: everyone seemed so overwhelmed and stressed or annoyed and unhappy. I like to think that comes from management above, you just get the feeling they are overworked and under appreciated. This goes for the front desk staff, store associate, bartenders and wait staff. They can definitely need some happiness coaching there. The other issue was dining, with only 4 places to choose, which sounds like it could be enough for this size property it was an issue when there is only 1 option for breakfast which ends mid-morning and then a gap of time before lunch starts when the 2 other food services start all having the same options for food which is only a handful of small options. Dinner was tough getting a reservation and service was incredibly slow and everything ends promptly at 9p for any food. Overall this resort has the potential to be an incredible 5 star, just need some polishing on staff and food options. We would definitely return back keeping that in mind.
