“Could not find the parking garage. Terrible directions. Same with the actual apartment building. Ad said we would have washer and dryer. Nope false advertising. We booked this place for that because we had been on a long road trip. Not happy about this. The maintenance man said we have to call them to book what you want. “This was a great experience end to end. Sparkling clean, modern apt, all amenities, well stocked kitchen for utensils, storage, and pans. Management staff on site are awesome, immediate answers to questions and even accommodated them receiving a package that I had to connect to. “Based on the detailed communication from the team, I wasn't expecting such a challenge finding our unit. It wasn't just me...our whole party of 4 was stumped for a few minutes! “This was a very last minute decision to go to the isle of palms. Great little condo. Third floor walk up, but great exercise for all the great food we ate! Balcony looking out to the ocean.
