- It's a perfect apartment to enjoy a few days in la parguera, is a small town in the south west corner of PR. very famous for it's pineapple festival and the Biobay, located 5 minutes away from the township, near to playita rosada beach and close to the best restaurants and nightlife. The house is in a quiet place, perfect to connect with nature, It's decorated for the comfort of 2 - 3 people who want to enjoy a few days of beach, perfect for family or friendly activities.

Quiet and relaxing
I reserved this apartment for my parents when we celebrated New Years in La Parguera. It was perfect for them since my Dad likes to cook and they were looking for a quiet place to stay. It is not that close to El Poblado (10 min drive) but it is in a very safe neighborhood and a short drive away. I cannot say enough good things about the owner, Anthony, he was so attentive to all our needs. Even when there was a blackout on New Years Eve, he brought over flashlights and a solar powered fan. We would definitely come back, it was just what we were looking for.

Host was very welcoming and communicated well. I was looking forward to walking in the neighborhood but found the area quite isolated and dark, disappointed. The place was as described, beds very comfy and quiet. The bathroom could use something to place clothes and toiletries. Had to use the toilet lid, not the most sanitary. The bedroom had a dresser but no place to hang clothes. I would not stay again due to location. Description mentions that it is a 10 minute walk into town. The distance is 1 1/4 miles. Also, the Internet log in and password were posted in a few places but was inaccurate. I was using my data and exceeded my limit having to pay.

Nice place but missing basics
This is a great place if you are only looking to sleep here. If you plan on cooking or spending any amount of time at the rental, I would look elsewhere. There is only 2 sets of dishes and silverware. The host did bring 1 more skillet for a total of 2 skillets and 1 pot. And there are no kitchen towels, hand towels or wash cloths. Still a nice place to lay your head for a couple of days

This is a great property, although I was only there at night. Very close to LA Paquera (less than 5 minutes drive, 15min wal).
