We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and we'd like to share the following: -The cabin is deeply cleaned at the beginning of each rental season and thoroughly cleaned between rentals. -There are traps all around the outside of the home, but sometimes a critter can get in, as this property is surrounded by woods. -Two logs need to be repaired and are scheduled to be replaced this fall. -The deck is less than five years old. -The furniture is six years old. -The appliances are in good working condition, and the dishwasher is two years old. The wallpaper in the back of the shower has some water damage, which will be repaired, but there is no mold. -We wish you would have reached out earlier with these concerns, as the guest contact would have been glad to help with any issue. -We hope that the generous measures from Evolve made up for some inconvenience.
