“Room was incredibly musty to the point where we left in the middle of the night”

“Several items of concern: 1) My room was on 2nd floor. There was frequent noise in the evening hours, 8 on until I fell asleep around 11. Thumping in the hallway, and coming from somewhere else in building. Could also hear people talking and giggling in the next room. 2. The bathroom toilet seat was loose and kept moving around. 3. Around 7:30 AM the next morning before leaving, I tried fill up my water bottle with ice, from the ice machine on the main floor. All it did was groan, while finally……
