This property is nice, clean , and great place to relax. The lawn is large for all types of activities. The cover picnic tables, the seated area for the firepit, and the pickleball area are super nice. Would definitely stay here again
The house was great, huge couch, lovely kitchen and comfy beds. We loved the bunkhouses for older kids and trailer hookups for grandparents, we had plenty of room for all the cousins. Pickleball was so fun and everyone loved eating out in the pavilion most of all. We never felt crowded! We also loved the location and being away from the crazy busy garden city but close enough to visit.
The property was really nice. Pickleball court, cornhole boards, outside cooking/eating area, and gas firepit were fantastic. It's remote, that was great for us.
We stayed for 2 nights for a family of 5 and had plenty of room. The house was nice and cool when we arrived and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the lock keypad on the front door. The alarm kept going off at 2am.
This property was perfect for our youth group campsite. We wanted something quiet, with very few neighbors. The property had everything we needed. It was nice to have two fridges. The youth loved the pickleball court. We used it for line dancing, too. Thanks.
Floors we're not clean, under couch and cushions. Back door does not close well unless deadbolt locked, which is the reason for seeing mouse droppings. I joined 1day after my family and was unaware of power outagehad no hot water. Was not informed of
The house is super cute & the property is great! The inside is modern even though the house itself is like an old adobe type building. We loved the outdoor eating area and the space for the kids to run around & play. I took some stars off for location because it is really in the middle of nowhere. There is a nice road to get to it but there is also this dirt road that is much faster but during our stay, there were herds of sheep being moved along, on, & across the road. We had to be very careful to not hurt the animals. You need to plan close to 20 minutes to drive to Garden City from this property. The reason I gave 4 stars overall, is the upstairs is HOT! We stayed at the start of July & it was so uncomfortable the first night that my kids couldn’t sleep in the kids room. The A/C was so great downstairs, but it got freezing down there to try and cool off upstairs. There is a large vent in the downstairs bathroom, it just DUMPS air and the thermostat is right outside that bathroom door. We kept the door closed and put a towel under it so it would stop shutting off before the upstairs could cool. We kept all the doors closed upstairs to trap cool air, made sure the blinds were closed all day to try and keep the heat out. Eventually, we went to the ACE in town & bought fans for the rooms. The fans at ACE are RIDICULOUSLY expensive and have a no return policy on, they have signage saying so. 52 for a 18 inch fan, 20 for a usb fan.Overall we loved it but hot upstairs.
