"Arrived very late at night as a large group, check in very slow but clean hotel, beautifully presented, superb location Didn't use pool or other spa facilities Good choice at breakfast Would use again"

"When I arrived, I was immediately enchanted by the architecture, the beautiful courtyards, and the intricate detailing throughout the property. The Moroccan style is authentic, beautifully executed, and full of character. It creates a truly memorable arrival experience. My room was located on the third floor and reflected the traditional style of homes in the Atlas Mountains. It featured a private outdoor terrace where I could relax beside a tranquil fountain. The interior design was spectacular—elegant, authentic, and rich in Moroccan craftsmanship. The staff was exceptionally courteous, professional, and attentive, always willing to do everything they could to assist us. My wife and I only had breakfast at the riad, but it was excellent, offering an international selection complemented by delicious Moroccan specialties. I had the privilege of celebrating my 70th birthday there, and the staff surprised me by singing “Happy Birthday” in French, Arabic, Moroccan, and Berber. It was a touching and unforgettable moment. My goal was to spend three nights at this riad so I could experience and photograph the souks and the Medina. It exceeded my expectations and gave me memories I will cherish. "Liked Kind helpful staff everywhere Room fine Grounds lovely and well kept Food good variety, bbq outside usually good call, pizza nice, breakfast fresh made Moroccan pancakes, adult seating area always had space and was peaceful AI drinks good, beer fine, cocktails made fresh. Orderly lines to get served Other holiday makers good, didn’t see pushing in etc Medina area not as busy etc as I expected. Traders friendly but they are pros so don’t expect great deals! Price was pretty low so overall fantastic value for money. Possibly best vfm I ve had Airport was breeze both ways, straight through although again I recognise has a bad rap and we may have been lycky Not liked Main thing is distance from Marrakesh, need transport to get there. Have free/ cheap coach in (depending on time). We often took taxis but reckon they saw us coming and we paid over but hey!"
