Nice Riad in a great location. I’m not sure I would consider it a true five-star property, but the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent.

A charming, comfortable Riad in the heart of Marrakech, perfectly located for exploring the city on foot. The exceptionally kind staff made my stay memorable, and dinner there on my first evening was one of the best meals of my trip. The Riad also arranged a day trip to Imlil, the highlight of my visit. My guide, Hassn, was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Visiting his Berber family home, meeting his daughters, and enjoying a delicious homemade lunch made the excursion truly special. I highly recommend this Riad for a warm, authentic Marrakech experience.

The staff all around was super helpful. We loved staying here and highly recommend it. We requested an airport transfer and that was really helpful. Wish we could be enjoying it longer but we had a late arrival and early checkout due to an activity we had booked. We would love to come back and really enjoy this beautiful road. The dinner we had was really delicious. Thanks so much for a memorable experience.

The Riad was beautiful and a perfect place to stay because it was close to so many things. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable. There was no wifi in our room (room 3), or there was a very weak signal and the air conditioning was not strong enough for the large space. But aside from that, everything was perfect. The staff was amazing - I enjoyed my stay very much.

One of my favourite ever stays, Riad Kaiss was beautiful, staff were all outstanding and welcoming. I will stay here again if I find myself in Marrakech. The hospitality was so warm, we felt like we were in a relatives home. Thank you so much to the team who looked after us.

The privilege to stay in a beautifully maintained riad is truly enhanced by the generosity and hospitality of the staff. These are wonderful people who expertly prepare traditional food and beverages, care for the guest rooms, maintain the gardens, pool and hot tub, and wait tables. In addition to this, when asked, they offer what is proven to be excellent recommendations for how to spend your time within the city and surrounding areas. Comfortable as you will be, they will definitely take care of you.

This is hands down one of our very best accommodations! The staff were all exceptionally nice and helpful; they went out of their way to make our stay special. The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were super friendly and helpful! Nawal and Toufeek (sp?) were especially superb and we were very grateful for their help! The room was good and the bed was comfortable. It was a little too firm for my wife, so they brought a mattress topper and that solved the issue and she slept great after that. The place is super centrally located, yet quiet, so that was nice. They do need to replace their towels, as many of them were a bit worn, but otherwise, this was a great choice.

I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at some of the best hotels around the world and I can honestly say that none of them are more charming and welcoming than Riad Kaiss. The perfect location, gorgeous antique fixtures and fittings, the best staff, a pool and a rooftop to watch the sunset over the medina, literally what more could you want. I hope this will not be my last stay.
