Lovely hotel with friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help . The restaurant manager in particular was a credit to the hotel.
Only negative was Luke warm water in room which was strange but didn’t spoil the experience.

Lovely hotel, amazing breakfast. Only let down is the distance from park exit back to hotel, kind of feel they need permanent hotel guests entry and exit point.

The Hotel to be honest was fair, however on the morning of our checkout we had no Hot Water in our Room to Wash or Shower . We also had a poor reaction from the reception desk when we reported it.

I’ve stayed in Blackpool a few times, but this was the worst experience, I had a problem with my breakfast on the first morning and it went downhill from there. I had cornflakes and used the glass jug of milk in the chiller tray with the yogurts etc. The milk was properly off, absolutely disgraceful imo, also wasn’t cold, so had obviously been left out for at least 24hr open and unchilled. I have other issues I won’t bore you with, The management can’t make decisions and was almost embarrassing speaking with them, using “the owners “ as the excuse. Poor and will t go near that place again.
