Very clean cottage, friendly and helpful staff too. The breakfast was great! Both floors of the cottage were thermostatically controlled and provided very comfortable sleeping conditions. Highly recommend the next time you are in Lancaster that you visit the Apple Bin Inn.

Stayed at the Gala room at the Apple Bin Inn Let me start with the positive: - Great friendly staff - Accommodating to one’s dietary needs - Super clean inn and room - Complimentary breakfast - Complimentary drinks (water/tea/coffee/hot chocolate) throughout the day I gave it a lower rating because of the following: - Horrible bed for 2 reasons: (1) hard mattress felt like sleeping on a table so painful and uncomfortable; and (2) bed is too high for older individuals and those who are disabled - Room location - the gala room has two rooms with a bedroom and sitting room adjoining a bathroom. Unfortunately it faced the road and it was noisy all night long with cars, sirens and anything else you can think of. Not quiet at all. - Appreciate the complimentary tailored breakfast but first day was loaded with carbs (I.e., jammed yogurt with fruit followed by toast with cream and fruit) and heavy creams. I picked the place specifically for claiming tailored high protein high energy breakfast. - Did not clean the room or provide fresh towels. I stayed for 3days/2nights.

Lovely stay

The house was lovely, the grounds were well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was lovely, and the little side balcony/porch was an added bonus we enjoyed. I had no issues at all.

Spotlessly clean with special decorative touches everywhere. Kind hosts, upscale breakfast, comfy bed, lovely common rooms. You could hear the cars go by from our room, but it didn’t bother us. We’d stay again for sure.

The cottage was so cute and clean. Loved the outdoor area with the swing and beautiful magnolia tree. Never saw a southern magnolia and was very surprised of the difference. Staff was so nice and the breakfast was delicious Will definitely stay there again !

Cottage behind the B&B

Family stay in the cottage which is directly behind the main B&B. It was very clean and provided privacy. There is a Big backyard with swing and playset. Also a fire pit area. The B&B is in a residential area just outside of town. A little noisy but overall safe. Note: There were Lower ceilings in cottage bathroom.
