Looking for a peaceful spot to relax and recharge? Escape to the country and take a break in this beautiful one story, single family home nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is updated, cozy and charming with many of the comforts of home. The front porch has rockers to decompress and enjoy the scenery. The back patio looks out into a large meadow where local wildlife can occasionally be spotted.

The house has a living room and a dining room with a table that will seat 6. The family room has a Smart TV, gas log fireplace and comfy seating. The family room and kitchen is an open concept. The eat-in kitchen will seat up to 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, pots, pans, bakeware, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and drip coffee maker.

You will have the entire house to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party. Positioned 10 minutes from North Greenville University and 28 minutes from Furman University, this home is ideal for parents’ weekends, sporting events and graduations. This rural getaway is also convenient to Greenville, Spartanburg, Landrum, Tryon and Ashville- making it ideal for a peaceful getaway, vacation or stop-over. There is ample parking on the property.
