Check in was quick and easy. The guy was super nice. The room was small, and not much water pressure in the shower. The bed was comfy, but the room could use a good wipe down.

Very basic motel in central Michigan. Not convenient to download Dewitt. Restaurants closest to hotel were average at best. Found a great family owned restaurant downtown Dewitt.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this Best Western and I am very satisfied. Room was clean, the area was quiet at night, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I should also point out that we are here during the off season, so things might change somewhat in the summer when it comes to noise, I just don’t know. What I can tell you is that we will gladly stay here next time we come to Dewitt.

Room wasn't clean, dirty bathroom floor with some dead bugs. Big stain on bed sheet with hairs on it and on sofa bed. Liked king room layout and staff.

If its a stain on the sheet that didn't come out from wash than we would not put it on but by mistake they might have put it on by accident. It was average. Good enough for a quick pit stop. The annoying part was air conditioning, I hate the systems that turn on and off all night, and wake you up. There was no way to control it and leave the fan on constantly. The shower also made funky noises. And breakfast was below average.

I apologize for any inconvenience but there is a controler that you can set to control air unit. We do have scamble eggs, sausage, Waffle, yougart, begals, muffines, donuts, cereals, oat meal, White and wheat bread. It is continental breatfast. Again I apologize for any inconvenience.

Our main entrance light to our room was dead and The tv wasn't working, so had to call front desk. He was prompt, but still it shouldn't have been like that to begin with. We didn't have a no privacy door knob placer, housekeeping came in and fixed one bed, empty one trash can and put in new towels. They left one bed unfixed (i didn't care but it was odd only one bed was made), the trash can in the main area was full and not empty, and we had half a roll of toilet paper left and they didn't even leave another roll. The swimming pool was out of order and no one told us too until my brother in law was told the heater went out so the pool facility area is cold. I don't think i will ever stay here again unless it was a last resort.

My flight was canceled at the last minute and the hotel would not refund my money or transfer my reservation to a different Best Western at my new departure location. Went on online chat with travelocity, and they tried calling the hotel to see if they would give me a refund and was told no. Travelocity said they had no problem doing the refund, but it was up to the hotel.

BW customer service agent called about your reservation at 6:20 p.m. on the said day of check in, requesting on your behalf for the stay to be cancelled due to your flight issue. The agent was advised that your reservation was done with a third party and the hotel can not cancel reservation without the third party calling also due to the time called which was beyond the policy time to cancel. We also advise the agent that there was no call from the group your reservation was done with to cancel. The hotel extended apologies and sympathize with your situation but could not honor your request due to cancelation policy.

This is made at checkout. The checking was easy and only took minutes as it was pre booked. Room was nice, a very large t.v. and very nice walk in shower. Room was warm with control of the thermostat, but bathroom was very cold. Bed was very comfortable and had a good night's sleep. Shower was great, but towels a bit small and only 1 each. Breakfast was the most disappointing part as it was very meager, scrambled eggs and sausage links, no potato option, no oatmeal etc. had DIY pancakes or waffles, not sure. Coffee was good, saw no juice or milk. Did have pre packaged powder sugar donuts and small muffins. Just expected more from a BW Hotel. That said. Would stay again and just get Breakfast down the road.Oh, easy checkout too.

I reviewed the other reviews and noticed there was alot of comments about how dirty the hotel was, I also noticed the hotel had a reason or excuse for every one. The reality is that this is just a dirty hotel and no, it was not busy or they had not "gotten" to it yet. It was clear some of the dried coffee/mud/sticky stains had been on tile for a long time. The bedroom headboards had quite a bit of dust, etc. dirty un vacuumed and unswept halls and elevators, etc. Pool bottom had a lot of sand in it. Listen you get what you pay for. The bed was comfy! Overall, it was what I expected a 2 star hotel to be.

Highly commercial area abutting residential. Nearby dining options are plentiful, but nothing is really "walkable".
