Lovely Property.
A fantastic property in a great position. Everything you could expect was provided. Great communications with the owner, easy communications with the property care team if you need anything when you are there. We defiantly highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Lanzarote. The pool was clean and regularly cleaned during our stay which kept it to a very high and clean standard. The children loved it! this is a great villa, close to very good restaurants and close to the sea. Book with confidence.

Fantastic
We had a lovely stay at Jan’s villa. Communication for booking was excellent. All as described in the listing, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool is lovely and private. Fantastic views from the terrace. Shops bars and restaurants only a short walk away if you’d rather not drive. We will defiantly be looking to stay again next year.

Fabulous villa
This fabulous villa is in the perfect position if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort of Playa Blanca. There are some great restaurants within easy walking distance and 2 supermarkets which are well stocked. The villa was spotless and extremely well equipped with everything you need for just 2 or a larger family. The garden and pool area is well maintained with just a short walk to the sea. Very enjoyable stay
Lovely property, exactly as advertised. The owner (Jan) was great to deal with, and was helpful and communicative throughout, from the initial booking up to the arrival instructions. We particularly enjoyed the enclosed terrace upstairs and spent a lot of our evenings there admiring the views out to sea. The Kitchen was really well equipped for self-catering with everything that you need. The lounge had comfortable seating and a really good TV system, lots of channels to choose from and very easy to use. We have stayed in Playa Blanca several times in various different areas of the town. In our opinion, Faro Park is the best overall location. It has some fantastic places to eat within walking distance, lots of variety, something for everyone's taste and budget. The stand outs for us were Casual Seafood and Gusto (eating in) and Flavours who offer a fantastic service for takeaways as well as a very good restaurant. The local supermarket and mini-market are really well stocked and handy if you don't fancy a trip into town. Great villa, great location, what's not to like!

Delightful Visit
This property is spacious, functional, and immaculately maintained. All the amenities you would require are present , the heated pool and surroundings are spacious and attractive .Location is perfect , less than 5 minute walk to coastal path with incredible views of the ocean and sunsets . Very easy walk to local shops and restaurants . Check in was a breeze and the information booklet supplied by the owners covered everything you needed or could imagine . The maintenance staff were very friendly and supplied fresh linens half was through our 9 day stay . Very easy to communicate with Jan who was very helpful and responded quickly . We spent a perfect Christmas at the villa and loved everything about it . I highly recommend it and would certainly stay there again if I am lucky enough to return !

Absolutely amazing
What can I say ?? Amazing villa lovely swimming pool very clean sun room upstairs was lovely, never used the dining room as we ate outside because of the lovely weather. 5 minutes walk to the strip of shops and plenty of restaurants. TV was a bit hard to find the 20 channels , still couldn’t do it when we left but we are not very good at technology. Thank you Jan and Dave for our fab week

Simply idyllic!
An idyllic villa in a peaceful setting and from the booking process until our departure day, things couldn't have been any easier. The property owners were a pleasure to deal with no problems, no fuss and no pressure, making us feel almost part of their family. The Villa managers Chris and Kelly were both helpful and discrete and always willing to help and ensure you were happy. The property itself was spotless, well maintained and so welcoming from the minute we walked in the door that 1st evening. Located only a stones throw from the ocean on one side and a 5 minute walk to the local village on the other it offers the perfect location for those wanting to take it easy. You can watch the sun sink behind the horizon before strolling down to the avenue for an evening meal or night cap. The best place we as a family have ever stayed and we look forward to our return... A Very Special Holiday
We spent a wonderful week at the villa, a taste of luxury while being a home from home. Wish we had booked for longer! The neighborhood was quiet, and shops and restaurants were close by. Beds comfortable, we truly couldn’t have asked for more. And Jan was quick to respond to emails. We had booked pre Covid-19 and had our doubts we would ever get there, but we did and had a very special holiday. Just perfect for our family’s needs. Very impressed and no complaints. Gorgeous, well-sized and set-out house for a family holiday. Clean and well-equipped. Superbly located for a more quiet break on Playa Blanca but with bars and restaurants a short few minutes walk away.

Lovely villa, in a great location. Master bedroom large with very comfortable bed. Single beds were very uncomfortable with mattresses more suitable for children. Even so would recommend.

Highly recommend this lovely villa
We have stayed in many villas on Faro Park but this one is really special. The first floor room is absolutely perfect for sundowners and nibbles whilst watching the sunsets over the sea. The villa was spotless, very tidy and very comfortable. The fact that the dining area has been enclosed and made into a proper room was also great. Many of the villas have this as open to the outside which is OK in summer but in winter it can be chilly at night. The pool was lovely and warm and the loungers very comfortable. We never were short of hot water and the appliances are all very good quality. We will certainly go again. Thanks to the host, Janet for addressing any questions we had very promptly.

Perfect villa and location for a relaxing break.
Perfect villa and location for a chilled and relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle. The villa exceeded expectations in size, decor, amenities, outside space and the opportunity to enjoy a holiday with facilities to be together, or indeed find a quiet spot to just have a coffee alone. The upstairs terrace was quite spectacular for relaxing enjoying panaramic views. The location is quiet, but a short stroll brought you to a very well stocked supermarket and several restaurants. You didn't need to go any further afield for varied meals for your stay. Going into Playa Blanca is around an hour's stroll, or the bus was very punctual. Taxi around 6 euros, just a warning they are not as many available at the moment. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this property, Kelly and Chris popped around to check on us and we're very helpful.

Beautiful Villa. peaceful location near the sea
A stunning and well equipped property, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The impressive upstairs covered terrace area adjacent to the master bedroom, has stunning views of the sea and Fuerteventura. The location is very peaceful and its only a short walk to the sea, where you can sit to watch the sunset.

Excellent relaxing stay
Host: excellent responsiveness by Janet before, during and after the stay providing clarification and tips. And a nice touch of milk, juices and water in fridge on arrival. The maintenance team likewise really friendly and responsive. Location: Faro Park is pretty much the SW edge of Lanzarote with the coast 50m from the villa. This allows for nice sea views. There are excellent shops and restaurants within walking distance and a circular bus service around playa blanca. I was initially worried about being limited by a lack of car (none available to rent end July) but we had no issues getting about and for 5 days it was absolutely fine with bus and taxis. Villa: very well appointed. The kitchen had all the amenities. All of a high standard. A new spice rack (full!) Had been provided for us. Bring your own dishwasher tablets/washing machine tablets but we even had some nespresso pods available as well as complimentary tea and sugar provided. The terrace room is brilliant and although we sadly didn't see a sunset due to clouds it is the perfect location to relax and enjoy the refreshing breeze. I was initially apprehensive about lack of AC but actually with the breeze and fans it wasn't required. Kidney Pool is big enough to splash around in and relax. Tips: on a cloudy day plan to climb montana roja. It's a pleasant 1/2 day and quite surreal with excellent views. Pack trainers for it! Playa Dorado Beach is beautiful! All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this villa and host to a young family looking to enjoy themselves Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely villa!

Fantastic property in a very quiet and safe residential setting. The upstairs covered area is to die for. The owners should charge extra for access as it it that amazing. We sat upstairs one evening and opened the windows, watched the sunset with a drink and listened to the waves crashing on the rocks. So relaxing and special. The villa itself is close to a wonderful set of restaurants and a bakery (Le Moka) that is fantastic. Frequent bus service into town and only 5 Euros or so for Taxi. There is something in Faro Park for everyone and if you are looking for a superb 3 bedroom villa with a private pool in a quiet neighbourhood, close to restaurants, for that special or family trip then you won't go wrong with this villa. I would recommend it, the owners, and the management company to anyone. Now when can I return :-)

Nice villa
The owners were very nice. We asked for a late checkout and it was no problem. The place itself was very nice. There we're little shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, it was a 5 min walk to go there, which was very good.

A lovely weeks summer stay
The Villa is absolutely lovely, a beautiful property and pool in a quiet spacious locaction. With a villa like this one, it is very easy to quickly get in to holiday mode and begin to relax. The villa remained cool through the night time also which is a real bonus in the summer heat. Contact with the owners was very easy and Jan was always very quick to respond with advice and answers. Relaxing week away
We've just returned from a lovely week away in Casa Jadaryga and really wish we had booked a longer stay! The villa is perfectly equipped for a family holiday with everything you could possibly need. We've been staying in Playa Blanca every year for the last 12 years and this was our most relaxed, chilled out holiday to date. The cooker, induction hob and large fridge freezer all seemed brand new and we particularly enjoyed the Nespresso machine. It was good to find instructions on how to use these in the kitchen drawer! The water pressure in the shower was good and there was always plenty of hot water. The hairdryers provided were very good which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was lovely and warm and we spent most of our time in or around it. There are plenty of sunbeds and a parasol which was really handy. The area around the villa is extremely quiet and peaceful, we had no noise from neighbours or traffic at all. There are a few restaurants and shops within a five minute walk. The Italian is particularly good and we enjoyed a takeaway from the Indian one night. We hire a car as we enjoy spending time at the Marina area where our favourite restaurants are but it would be easy enough to get around using the local buses or taxis which aren't expensive. Thanks very much to Jan who responded quickly to any questions we had and was particularly easy to deal with throughout the whole process of booking!

Amazing holiday
This villa was perfect. Clean , beautiful, fantastic location. Pool gorgeous and warm too! We travelled with a family of 6 adults and a toddler. The villa was perfectly equipped for the family and none of us could be any happier. Owner is fantastic too in terms of communication. Highly recommend property !

Great choice for a villa holiday!
Casa Jadaryga is a great choice for a villa holiday. We found it very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully well equipped. The TV system and WiFi are excellent and the outside terrace areas private, with a good range of seating and sunbeds with cushions. There are plenty of good restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk and if you want to go into town, the bus leaves every 30 mins. We definitely hope to return!

Really nice Villa in a nice area
We enjoyed our stay at this villa immensely. It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had a late flight into lanzarote and the welcome pack was just what we needed. The pool was cleaned on a regular basis throughout our fortnights holiday and the cleaners came in on a weekly basis. The area is nice and quiet but with sufficient bars and restraunts to have plenty of choice for food and drink. Anyone from the North West that is looking for their weekly fix of Rugby League then the Snug bar is the place to go. I will definitely be re-visiting this resort and this villa.

Lovely place and location
The villa is wonderful and the location is fantastic. It has everything you would need. The welcome pack was a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely sunsets from the top balcony and the sea is very near. The coastal walk up to the lighthouse is very scenic. We did have one day when there was no water for around 5 hours at the villa but this affected other villas in the area too. Although this was out of the owners control it was nice that they took the time to speak to the agents and call me back. The pool is nice and warm. The sun hits the property all day so if you just want to chill and enjoy the sun it's ideal. We hired a car for the week from AutoReisen which was very easy pickup and drop off at the airport. I would recommend you go and see the Timanfaya National Park. We also went to Puerto Del Carmen and Playa Blanca. There is a market in Marina Rubicon - Playa Blanca every Saturday which is well worth a visit. Nearby beaches are Playa Dorado and Playa Flamingo. The beach at Puerto Del Carmen is lovely too. We will definitely be returning to this villa. Thank you Janet and Dave.

Highly recommend this villa
We have stayed in villas in Playa Blanca many times and this is one of the best. Spacious and well equipped. Heated pool and quite private. We like Faro Park end of town for its peace and quiet and walking distance of several good restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets. There is a good and frequent bus service to the bus station but we always hire a car (Autoreisen) as a weeks hire is as cheap as a taxi to and from the airport and the roads are good. Slight down side - the towels are too small but cheap to buy in town if you have luggage space and a second key in the key box in case you inadvertently pulled the door closed behind you or there were two couples staying would be a plus. These are very small criticisms. Overall our stay was great and deserving five stars. We will definitely check for availability at this villa when we plan our next visit to Lanzarote.

Great accomodation
My wife and I had a lovely week. The villa is well stocked with pots,pans plates cups etc, Very clean inside and outside. The pool was nice and warm,and plenty of seating and lounges in the large outside area. There is also a terrace off the main bedroom upstairs,which gives a great view looking out to the sea. A small welcome pack was a nice touch. A short 5min walk to a few restaurants and a couple of mini-markets. There is a bus stop near here if you want to use the local service. Would definitely recommend,and we hope to return again.

Lovely villa in a great location!
We have recently returned from a beautiful stay and a wonderful week at Casa Jadaryga. It was our first time at this villa. It is stunning, beautiful and clean, and set in a great location near the lighthouse (Our favourite location in Lanzarote!). It is a few minutes walk to the local shops, the amazingly good restaurants, the bus stop, and to the coast. It's very peaceful at night too, and to see and hear the sea from the villa was lovely and relaxing. Booking was a very smooth, pleasant and stress free process. Janet was brilliant, thank you! And the support out there from the people who look after the villa was superb. It was a late last minute booking for us that will leave a lifetime of happy memories. Thank you :)

Premium villa in Faro Park.
My wife and I stayed at Villa Jadaryga in Dec 2017, and had a great time. Janet, the owner, responded immediately and helpfully to all correspondence and requests. Directions and access to the villa were all easy to follow, and the welcome pack was a nice thought and much appreciated. The villa itself I would describe as homely, and everything you need is there to make your stay enjoyable. We particularly found the beds to be very comfortable and the bathrooms and showers very good, The kitchen is well equipped and even has a dishwasher, albeit not required by us. The free wifi/internet access can be quite erratic and slow, and the TV is complicated to use but is explained in the villa information book. Villa cleaning and linen/towel changes were done weekly by the maintenance team, who also respond quickly to any issues we had. We had one amusing episode with them on their first visit, involving the beach towels, and it took a few minutes for us to understand that you have to wash those yourselves, using the washing machine. The pool is warm and clean and well tended twice a week by Lionel, a very helpful guy who moved here from Essex. Remember to put the cover back on if you want the pool to stay really warm. The location of the villa, in Faro Park Phase 5, is in my opinion probably one of if not the best in Playa Blanca. In a quiet cul de sac with other holiday rentals around, it is peaceful but not too remote. We had a car but apart from travel to and from the airport you could easily live without one. There is good bus service, which starts at the shops/restaurants 200 yards away, and meanders it's way into Playa Blanca central and on to Papagayo, before returning via the bus station in Playa, and the fair is only 1.40 euros. They run at 20 mins past the hour and 10 mins to. Of course there are also taxis, 5 euros each way. From the villa access to the promenade is only 80 yards away, and you can walk all the way into Playa Blanca and on to the Rubicon Marina beyond, 3.5 miles and 4.5 miles respectively. All in all a very comfortable villa in a superb location, and one I hope to return to.

Well equipped relaxing tranquil
The Villa was well equipped and spacious had a fantastic stay the pool was wonderful a five minute walk to restaurants a great bakery and small supermarket you are able to catch a bus into playa blanca from the shops they run every half hour ! Can't wait to return Thankyou

A very nice, clean and spacious villa. Perfect for a family holiday
The villa was perfect for our family of 6. The pool area was great for the kids as well as the outside dining area and bar bq. A nice quiet location with a few bars and restaurants within walking distance and the main town and Beaches a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return here should we holiday in Lanzarote again.

Overall fantastic villa
Just returned from an 11 night stay at this fab villa. A real home from home, with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Property was spotless inside and out. Our boys loved the pool, and again this was spotless with regular visits from maintenance team to clean it. Some great restaurants a five minute walk from villa. We loved the Port of Call, and made the mistake of leaving a visit to the Indian until our last night as food was delicious! Would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends and would have no hesitation in booking again. Correspondence from owners was excellent. Thanks again for sharing your villa with us.

Peaceful and Convenient
5 Stars for this villa - Just got back from 11 Days at this delightful villa. Spotlessly clean on arrival. Peaceful environment. Very convenient for a row of local restaurants and shops - short stroll. Sea with rocky coastline - 3 mins walk. Excellent service from local agent.

fantastic villa fantastic location
We all loved the villa and location . Lovely warm pool got used plenty . Welcome pack waiting for us which came in handy after early morning flight . Comfortable beds . Everything we needed was in the villa . Love the island and the weather . Thankyou would definatley return

Great villa with a lovely warm pool
We had a really good family holiday here in February half term. The property ticked all the boxes for us. A very nice and surprisingly warm pool. A barbecue and sheltered outdoor dining area, plus a sunny breakfast table. Three good bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, with both showers and baths. The location is good, close to the coastal path with bars and restaurants nearby. There are good walking / running routes and it is a short drive to Marina Rubicon, Playa Blanca centre and Flamingo beach (you can walk but it's a long way with young kids and car hire is cheap). I would also highly recommend a day out in Timanfaya national park - the camel rides and lunch at the volcano top restaurant were holiday highlights for us. El Golfo is also spectacular.

Looking forward to returning to this comfortable villa
We appreciated the spaciousness, comfort and privacy offered by Casa Jadaryga. There are several outside sitting areas, including a lovely terrace at first floor level, none directly overlooked - there will almost certainly be a sheltered spot, whichever way the wind is blowing. The pool temperature was perfect! The double bed was very comfortable and storage space in all bedrooms was excellent. It was good to have access to UK television channels: the system took a while to set up but worked well thereafter. We were impressed with the service provided by the villa managers not only in terms of the cleanliness of the property: one evening we reported a problem with a shower head, it was fixed the following morning. Location is good: a short stroll to the coastal walkway in one direction and five minutes in the opposite direction to bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Dal Trevisano Italian restaurant is particularly recommended. We really enjoyed our stay here and are looking forward to returning.
