Neat decoration and finish, all modern comfort in a tropical setting, zen and welcoming atmosphere. All the options of modern life are offered in this wonderful villa. NEW: All air conditioners have been changed and we have increased the capacity for you to be comfortable. Life is easily organized on one floor, no stair, with an equipped kitchen open to the living room, where everything has been designed for your comfort, starting from the dishwasher to the toaster and including all the essential cookware. To cook and sit at the table comfortably. A large terrace with dining area and outdoor lounge. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed 200\*200, three another bedrooms equipped with Queen Size beds 160\*190\. The villa is equipped with an inverter and batteries to compensate for the rare power cuts that there are in the village for regular maintenance of the network in general. Beautiful salt pool, a pleasant green setting, a mature tropical garden. Relaxation and vacation atmosphere guaranteed. For your information: Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wifi Internet, household entrance, exit and once a week during your stay. Gardener and maintenance of the pool. Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your expense during your stay. We take the meter on your arrival and departure. Only your consumption in kilowatt is billed rate in force in the village. This amount is paid in cash on the day of your departure, plan ahead. The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD. A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or losing the key, we will ask you to pay for the change of the latter – 150 USD. We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone. Thank you for understanding. We inform you about a construction project that is being carried out near the house. Working hours are usually between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday and until noon on Saturdays. Uns, 3 Erwachsene mit 3 Kindern 17, 16 und 10 Jahren hatten drei Wochen im August 2024 eine großartige Zeit in der Villa und dem nahen wunderschönen Stränden. Nicht so gut war, das der Pool, aufgrund technischer Störung der Filteranlage 3 Tage nicht genutzt werden konnte und das W-Lan im Bungalow (Nebengebäude), erst in der letzten Woche repariert und funktioniert hat. Alles im allen haben wir den Aufenthalt in Casa Luna und in Las Terrenas sehr genossen. The house was spotless and well-appointed. So fun to have a swim in the pool to start or end the day! Great location - close to beautiful Playa Ballenas and all the bars and restaurants. Our only advice is to bring plenty of bug spray for the mosquitoes, so you can keep the doors to the main salon open. Also flashlights for walking around town at night. Martin and Dorian, the property managers were courteous, very friendly and super helpful and attentive. They responded as soon as possible if we had any questions, as well as Marie Helen. Casa Luna was beautiful, comfortable, super clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. The house was a short walk to the beach and restaurants.
