I really enjoyed breakfast at Hash House A Go Go, their hashes and French toast were really good! The convenience of Starbucks and several dining options in the food hall were also a plus! Staff were very nice and helpful during our stay. Having Chippendales in the hotel is also a plus during bachelorette parties!

It was off the strip, so it was quiet. However, on my last morning (today), I had no hot water, which was unpleasant for our stay. Also, how do you as a hotel have 50 floors and barely half of the elevators work??? We were stranded with our luggage on the 29th floor and HAD TO TAKE THE STAIRS DOWN FROM THE 29th floor to the exit that led to the street. Only one elevator was functional and full each time going down. Embarrassing and ridiculous is putting it lightly. I’ve never had this experience in my 20 years of travel and staying in hotels. When I called the main number, all I was told “facilities is working on it”. I will not choose to stay at the Rio again.

Vey nice room. Hard to figure out a way to the strip from the hotel. It smells really weird outside and in the old hotel rooms, thus leading us to purchase a room upgrade to a newly renovated room. That room on the other hand was extremally nice and well maintained. Minibar did not work though witch was a bummer when we wanted snacks. Otherwise great stay. Can not wait to see what the place looks like when all of the renovations are completed

The waiting to check in and check out can for sure be better, the availability of rooms you paid for too can be better. When we got there they said the room I paid for isn’t available so they told us to keep checking back to see if it’s available.

To check out you can call the operator and they can check you out and send the final bill. Or you can leave the keys at any of the key drop offs. Unfortunately, when we are busy it does take a bit of time to clean rooms and we apologize for the inconvenience that this caused. We hope you will give us another chance and return to our hotel in the future.

While the stay was only for one night, as soon as I checked in, I was already ready to check out. The entire hotel has an old smoke smell throughout, and it was dated and felt very old and untouched. This hotel needs an entire remodel immediately!

Very out dated, gross stained carpets in the room, so much calcium build up on the shower head that the water sprays all over the place. Bed dipped down bad in the middle, Very dirty!!! Staff was friendly but that was about it.

Room on 36th floor. Suite type room with an incredible view of Las Vegas strip. Pool area was exceptional. Ample elevators for guests! Very nice hotel for a reasonable price!

I know the property was under construction but i wish we could have stayed in an updated room. The bed and pillows were hard as a rock and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling.

El precio no es más barato pero si vale la pena por una habitación amplia,limpia y se ve recien remodelada, la atención en recepción excepcional y rápida, un colchón muy comodo asi como sabanas y almohadas limpias, te ofrecen hielo de cortesía y seguridad antes de ingresar a los elevadores asi como una caja de seguridad dentro de la habitación en lo general una estancia muy cómoda

Our bathroom was leaking from the ceiling and smelled like a sewer. We needed up having to switch rooms but it was just gross and a pain in the butt. Won’t stay here again as there are so many other great resorts

I was pleasantly surprised with the Rio! My last stay here was back in the early 00s when Rio was renowned for having one of the BEST seafood buffets in Vegas. It's where I was taught the easiest way to crack open crab legs. I requested a Suite for it's Window Jaccuzzi Tub and I was NOT disappointed! The room itself was beautiful! Had a huge dining table we used for board games, the TVs allowed screen share, the bathrooms were clean and spacious. We stayed two nights here and ate at the Dim Sum restaurant and the little sushi place in the food court. Both were excellent! My only complaint is how long it takes their staff to bring requests up to the room. We also somehow managed to lock ourselves out of the master bedroom and there was no knob pin to unlock it (I had to pull apart an ink pen to open it) I would definitely rent one of these suites again! We didnt get a full strip view, but even the view of North Vegas in the jaccuzzi with a bottle of champagne was fantastic!
