When we checked in, we arrived to our room to have a nice brown surprise on our pillow… When we took the pillow to the desk the lady was disgusted and only offered a $15 credit. Completely unsanitary and worth more than a small credit. The next day we played the slots and our machine completely shut off. We had to wait 45 mins for it to reboot and were just told “It happens all the time.” Between these two instances and the homeless people roaming the casino/hotel I can say we will not be returning. This property definitely needs some changes.

I didnt like that i ask for towles and they never got them to mu room then the room didnt have a iron at all and when i informed the front desk they didnt even gove a small discount. IF I would of broken or did something wrong they would of just charged us fees.

Front desk was slow and wasn’t sure what was happening with our reservation. Said we were getting a discount because they didn’t have the correct room, but we didn’t get one. Property itself was fine, you get what you pay for!

I thought when I booked that the place might be scary because of the price but was pleasantly surprised how nice it was
Clean nice room with a nice casino with entertainment and dining options

They lost power to the hotel & casino at around 8am. Only two of the four generators worked so many of the rooms had no power. They would not give a refund even though you could not use the bathroom (no lights) or power.

As a bubble, the casino is filled with nice restaurants, non gambling entertainment, and an overall pleasant vibe. Once you venture off the property, the area on Boulder Highway becomes a bit scary as it is a slightly poor area of Las Vegas.
