They check in process was a mess and the key cards stopped working a couple times so it was inconvenient to go back to tje front desk when they stopped working.

We liked the live flamingos in the garden habitat. That's it! Everything else was absolutely disgusting. We "upgraded" to a room that reeked of stale cigarette smoke, the walls were peeling and the rooms are not sound proof. The pool vibe was for 21 yr olds looking to party. DJ blasting music from 9am-9pm, and not ambient music, more like a night club volume. We could hear it from our room which gave us no space to actually relax. So many people loser-drunk. We stayed here because it is a Caesar's property. We've Stayed at Caesar's Palace before with fantastic experiences. Caesar's should be embarrassed at the current state of affairs at the flamingo. Buyer-beware! We will never stay here again, and will never recommend it to anyone else.

The area is perfect, it was close to everything and along the monorail. The pool was good. Great service. Vegas is expensive so you save where you can. I would recommend to everyone.

Definitely felt dooped by room. Website stated renovated but it clearly wasnt renovated in many many years. The safe in the room was broken, with the safe door using a band-aid to keep door shut - obviously not functionable. Staff was very friendly and casino felt clean and modern.

Elevator keys are a challenge. Dont always work. If you don't ask for the room to be cleaned they won't clean it which is ok. The pool is ridiculous half of it was closed. Drinks were overpriced. Water was ice cold.🙄 this is why not 5 stars. Music was great.

Central location on Vegas Strip. Numerous attractions within easy walking distance. Hotel clean and staff friendly. Issues with parking garage not reading room key properly more often than not made for bit of annoyance during our stay, but plenty of space available once get in the garage.

They gave me us dirty room with dirty diapers still inside the toilet , beds never made. We complained down to the registration. Then the lady told us that housekeeping is not part of our system . We are shocked of what she told us.

Close to monorail , nice location on strip, clean rooms. Pool area a little loud. Not much seating. Parking deck a little hidden have to go past the Cromwell . We accidentally parked in the Cromwell for check in then moved car. Front desk clerk rude when we first arrived , and we were trying to get our bearing and learn how things operated. All and all after several nights we got the hang of the layout and would recommend.

You get what you paid for, and dont forget youll be charged resort fees on arrival. The hotel is run down, in need to maintenance and dirty. We didnt have anyone come clean our room for the entire 4 night stay either (the hotel staff was accomodating and removed some of the resort fees due to this). The location of the hotel however is great, its in the middle of the strip with lots of good things nearby such as a dunkin donuts, margarita ville, ceasars palace , venetian and mirage. the hotel itself has a starbucks inside and a great show room offering Ru Pauls drag race.

"Okay, so hear me out: even though the festival in Vegas got canned (bummer, I know), my stay at Flamingo was a total win! Let's talk about this room – I booked the Premium one, and oh my stars, the view was *chef's kiss*. Waking up to that skyline every morning? Absolutely worth it. Now, sure, the walk from the elevator was a marathon, but once you step into that room, it's like entering your own little oasis. Trust me, it's the kind of place that turns a canceled festival into a staycation you'll never forget. Flamingo Premium Room, you have my heart."

Parking was a nightmare. Put us in an Upgraded room only to be right next to the 3 elevators that squeeked and roared all the time. Moved down 3 doors the next day with no compensation. Misleading on the "pricing" and so much more than the hassles were worth.
