Hi Jeff, First off, thank you for choosing to stay with us on your trip to Las Vegas! It is unfortunate that your stay was not 100% perfect. We just want to address a few of the issues that you brought up in this review, as opposed to hearing of any of this during your stay. Due to the safety of our guests, especially during a pandemic, we are unable to provide food or condiments like ketchup, mustard, etc.- which is also stated in your pre-arrival email. We are sorry that the toilet paper was not up to your standards as well. We use a 2-ply hotel toilet paper. We do supply 2 1ounce hotel-style shampoo/conditioner, 2 1ounce hotel-style body wash, and 1 1ounce hotel-style lotion in each bathroom on the counter. The pool table has extra chalk as well, on the shelf in the game room. The only thing that we heard from you about the ping-pong table paddles was that you couldn't find them, and then that you did. You did not say anything else until after your stay, when you informed us as an FYI that they had been "part-broken". We communicated with you during your stay to make sure that everything was going well, and did not hear of any issues. Communication is definitely important during your stay, so that it can give us a chance to make sure that your trip is going as well as possible. When we get a review like this after you have stayed, there is nothing that we can do to help you during your stay. This is why we sent a message asking how everything was going and checking in on you. We also were in communication while you were staying, asking us how to reset the internet, but you did not bring up any issues at that time either. We truly appreciate you staying with us, and regret that we were left in a position where we were unable to do anything to make your stay better, since we were not made aware of any issues. We hope that regardless, you still enjoyed your trip, and thank you again for allowing us to host you in our home!

We are sorry to find out about the issue with the hot tub after the stay was over- only by reading this review. There are multiple reasons that the hot tub may not have been heating properly- including the temperature being adjusted, or the spa lid not being replaced after use, which allows the heat to escape and not re-heat back to temperature quickly. We also have a sign on the door leading outside reminding guests about the spa lid, in order to avoid such issues. We would have been happy to send someone out to make sure that the hot tub was working properly for this stay if we would have heard from the guests regarding this issue. As far as the ice maker not working properly- there is no ice maker, however, we do provide multiple ice trays for our guests to use for ice. We would love to have you stay again, and make sure that your stay is perfect! We hope to see you in the future!

Hi, and thank you for choosing to stay with us for your trip to Las Vegas! We are sorry to hear that your stay was not spectacular. We are available at any time during your stay to provide assistance to our guests. We would have been happy to try to resolve any issues immediately if we had heard from you during your stay when you were experiencing any issues. We are also available prior to your stay or booking to answer any questions regarding amenities, including available TV channels. In regards to the spa, the chemicals were checked the day of your check-in two hours prior to your arrival, (as we do on every check-in), in order to make sure that the chemical levels are correct, and that the spa is clean and at the correct temperature. Chemical levels are checked twice before every guest check-in. We use high-quality chemicals, and professional pool services to ensure that we provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. Our employees that perform a quality check hours before each guest arrival, are also professionally trained in pool and spa service- which include chemical care. It is unfortunate to hear of any skin irritation from the spa. Some people are more sensitive to the chemicals that are used to maintain spas than others are. Other factors that can irritate skin include, but are not limited to- the higher temperature of water in a spa (101-104 degrees), or even prolonged exposure- especially in children. We have multiple homes in the area that we have been renting for years successfully. The area is an older area of town that has many homeowners that have owned homes since they were built, and have pride in ownership by maintaining a safe and well-maintained neighborhood. This home is not in a new cookie-cutter tract home that is found in new areas of town. The benefit of such that our guests enjoy a large lot, spacious backyard, ample parking, and added privacy from being set farther apart from neighbors. We truly hope that you can give us another chance to make your trip perfect on your next stay in Las Vegas, and we appreciate you staying with us this time. Hope to see you again!

We agree that the blackjack table and roulette table are a great way to spend time off of the strip, in the comfort of home! This home is actually one of the closest vacation rental homes near the strip, that is located in a great, clean, and safe neighborhood. It is just a few minutes from the south strip area and downtown area as well, which makes it ideal for all visitors- as well as an inexpensive Uber or Lyft ride to many strip venues.
