Loved the space in the suite and the view was beautiful. Appreciated the 2 separate toilets and the size of the bathroom is great! The vanity was a plus. Really liked that I didn't feel cramped in a hotel room. The only thing I would not necessarily complain about but maybe mention is that furniture is old and outdated and shower was clogged. Would've been nice to have a microwave and a fridge that worked. The TV's are in an awkward place where you can't really watch it if you're sitting on the couch. Overall, the extra space and the view was the best. That made up for all the things that weren't working.

Front Desk Manager (4/24), display attitude if you don't understand hotel reservations information. Re-train her or let her go!! This is customer service if she doesn't want to help get a Conceirge.

Overall my stay was really nice, the room was a lil outdated and the air conditioner barely worked bc the filter was so dirty, it had to have been at least 6 months plus since it had been changed. Besides the air conditioning I had a very nice stay!

The room was clean shower head was broken in bathroom along with wall paper coming off in the bathroom. Called room service for a blanket for the pull out couch and that took 3 hours to get.

The property is undergoing renovations so some of the new restaurants and bars aren't open yet. We didn't want fast food and the Dim Sum restaurant prices were pretty spendy. We upgraded to a newly renovated suite and it was really nice. Staff was great and we easily caught a Lyft ride to the Strip.

Just another ok Vegas hotel. Dated decor. Room was spacious and clean. Downstairs is typical boring stuff: slot machines, cigarette smoking, cheap gift shops, overpriced concession store. There are a couple of restaurants you can try: the breakfast place and Korean BBQ. There are lots of sketchy people in the lobby. Pretty long walk to the strip. Won’t chose it again.

Rio is old and outdated. The ongoing renovations have shops and restaurants closed. Was not told at time of booking that so much would be closed. Room had strange smell.
