The elevator in the parking garage was out of order making all customers lug their bags manually down stairs and out and around the building - the hotel manager did not think this warranted a credit for the $19 parking charge levied . I asked to speak with him but he was not working at the time - I resent this type of nonsense when hotels take no concern for their issues and still charge away. Won’t be going back here and would like my parking charge credited

My bathroom door in the hotel room wouldn’t close all the way and the elevators to go to the parking lot weren’t working the 3 days I stayed there. It was such a hassle to walk up so many staircases to get to my car.
Would recommend and stay here again when I come to Las Vegas locates adjacent to the Fountainbleu if you want additional dining options and shopping. The walk to the strip isn’t too far as well.
I really like the property. The room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The only complaint was waiting for the elevators after breakfast. Over all it was a very nice place to stay.

It was not convenient to the strip. The room was a bit musty, and there was very little interaction from the staff. There are probably better value from other locations

Hotel was pretty clean. Modern. Staff were pleasant. Pool was unavailable & said we could use the next door hotel pool but that was inconvenient. Breakfast buffet was crowded & hard to find a table. Kept running out of food-but quickly replenished. Food was hot & good. A little further from the strip (was behind us) & Westgate Monorail stop (in front of us) but still walkable. We stayed on the 15th FL & was quiet. Overall an excellent experience.

No one told us that the pool would be closed for repainting and that we could use an affiliate pool around the corner. Tried to cancel our last night 2 days before but there apparently is no one who works the front desk that can cancel reservations from a third party. Still waiting to hear back from them.

Rude front desk. People smoking in a nonsmoking building, dirty room, pool closed when advertised it’s open. Literal gum stuck to the remote.
Loved the convenience to the convention center. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, and good relaxed restaurant.
I feel they should step up their game on thin towels, hot water, and room temperature. These are expected in today's hotels. The room was limited on how cool you could set the temperature and feel it could be better.

It’s an ok alternative to casinos
This is an ok place to stay at if you’re looking for an alternative from the casinos. The bathtub is maybe 5 feet wide. We stayed on the 12th floor and the window had a constant whistling; very annoying. We called housekeeping for more towels and they never came.
