Overall good, although the rooms are outdated; but thats where the price makes sense. That being said the hotel is still a worthwhile stay for the entertainment and area.

No fridge and no microwave provided ,and I saw security guard smoking Cannabis at the stairs , and I asked front desk for some hot water because I am sick and they asked me to go buy hot water from Starbucks, totally no service and I saw a big area of stains in front of room 20215 at the first day I arrived but no one clean up until I leave 5 days later , very disgusting !will never come back to his hotel .

Reserved a non smoking room and each and every room you can tell had been smoked in or the air circulation throughout the hotel has not been cleaned. Also was rudely woken up one early morning by someone banging on our door along with other rooms around us and a very angry individual yelling at a female and the female yelling at him. Not a pleasant way to wake up in the morning after arriving back to the hotel and finally getting to sleep at 2:30 am and the banging happened around 6:45-7:30 am.

I always ♥️ stay at EXCALIBUR when i come to Vegas. Everything is convenient and the staff are pleasant. I wouldn't stay anywhere else

Smoking was allowed in public spaces, which I abhor. It was very loud, chaotic and unpleasant. The room didn't have a coffee machine or any other amenities, which resulted in exceptionally high cost for food and beverages. Crazy prices and general atmosphere

The room was very dated. The furniture in the room was extremely worn. It was okay and it was clean but I wasn't impressed by anything. Even Motel 6s have microwaves and little fridges in the rooms, which is a really nice convenience, the rooms don't have it. I don't travel to Vegas often but it wasn't clear where to park and how you can get help with luggage, it was a bit of a walk from the self parking gargage, through the casino to get to the towers with the rooms, and would have been extremely cumbersome if we had had even just one or two more bags than we did.

A random server repeatedly harassed me about checking my id to make sure I was over 21 on the gaming floor. All I was doing was drinking water and walking to my hotel room and she wouldn’t leave me alone. Additionally, the room was a tiny bit messy and you could tell cleaning it was a quick process, not a quality process. Other than that, this would easily be a 5 star review.

We were very disappointed at check in to be told that the upgrade that we paid for and had an email directly from the hotel confirming our room was not available. We contacted the desk the next day to check if our upgrade is available and was told, again, that it is not available and we were not offered a reimbursement or an offer to cover the cost of our late check out. I don't know if any of your rooms have been updated but the one we stayed in was very dated, dark and dusty. We were afraid to touch the air conditioner due to all the dust hanging off of it. Our safe wasn't working, the hotel was much too cold and smoky. Your policy regarding reserving chairs around the pool is ridiculous, although, no one sat in those chairs the entire time we were at the pool. We would have appreciated the person at check in to explain your MGM points and were only told of it by a guest at Mandalay Bay.

This is the worse. Im disabled and they gave me the worst disable room. Ive had better at a motel 6. The parking exit was a nightmare. Everytime my card did not work to exit. When i went twice fir this problem they didnt even try to compensate me. HORRIBLE do not stay here.
