Hadspen and beyond!
We were delighted by the property. It is in a lovely relaxing setting, and importantly central to Launceston and the North West district. It is spacious and has a relaxing feel. Great house and location
A good property and house , only10-15 mins from Launceston, All the mod cons and very convenient. Large rooms and a very pleasant outlook to the Meander river. 3 x large double bedrooms and 1x single.Also a couple of large living areas. It was nice not being in town. Would definitely stay there again.

Huge house
Plenty of space which was great. Well equipped with kitchen and laundry stuff. Beautiful scenery and very quiet. Can't open any windows which we found strange. Needs screens on doors and outside cleaning of birds nests etc. Heaps of pantry extras.

Huge but beautiful house!
This house is so big we felt like we had a hotel to ourselves! The property has lovely views, plenty of birdlife and warm, inviting rooms in a very quiet location. Thank you for the handy items in the pantry.

We were in town for AgFest2022 and need some good accommodation not far from the AgFest site this location was great. Big enough to house us all with separate areas plenty of parking it was very good not cheap but what we needed.

Home from home
Over 25 years we have developed an expansive property on 11 acres in the ranges NE of Mansfield. When we arrived here, it felt like home. It is a magnificent property and a pleasure to be in. Ok, there is always room for upgrades but we were there to prepare for a major event and The Old Farm served us well. We’ll be back!!

A grand house
This was a great property, close to Launceston, with many interesting places nearby. It is also close to Devonport with easy access to the ferry to Melbourne. While being very comfortable, It does however, lack a few of the basics, such as towel rails and soap holders in the bathrooms. There was also a problem that rubbish overflowing from several bins , deposited by former occupants had not been collected.

wonderful place to relax and unwind and become a part of nature
It's a huge house and is a fantastic place for friends who want to spend time together but still have time out spots and bedroom privacy. I imagine it would be fabulous for a family

I think she does her best, but past feedback has never been perfect either. I am coming to Tas in December and will have a little chat to the neighbour about their not so friendly dog. Lovely home in quiet location
Albiet Hadspen is 15 minutes out of Launceston this home is just lovely and would definitely stay again. The sunroof is lovely in the mornings and nice to view the evening sunsets and vista towards the river with cattle in the paddocks just fabulous for a nice relaxing stay. If relaxing quiet a little away from the city buzz you will not be disappointed.

This property is just 15 minutes out of Launceston but really well located to get anywhere around the region. A beautiful house where we could sit outside, enjoys the hills across the river and watch some beautiful sun sets. We would definitely stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay. Great location being a short drive to the city, but still having that country feel and lots of space. Ample space for the children to run around.

Just beautiful. Wonderful place to relax and feel rather special for a couple of days.
Easy communication with owners. House is just lovely, in a perfect location. Close enough to Launceston yet in a beautiful location. Loved watching farm life in action - guys collecting hay bales, moving the cattle, and watching the sheep drink. Greeted by the white cookies of a morning!! Thankyou for an amazing weekend. !!

We have just had 3 weeks holiday in this wonderful house set in a perfect location. This is a 5 star experience and very well placed for sightseeing and general needs. We came seeking golf and found plenty available. Any help we needed was speedily dealt with by Chris the owner. Visit this property if at all possible - you wont be disappointed. A big spacious house - good for two families as lots of space and two master suites with ensuites at different ends of the house. Beautiful peaceful views from most of the rooms. Wifi was a bonus. Would be great if there was a DVD player and some DVDs or Netflix for watching movies. A lovely quiet area in the middle of the countryside.
