“This is a no pet hotel but I have a registered service dog and at check in the receptionist gave me torment over having a dog. I know by law they can ask 3 different questions it’s in my paper work but she even wanted to know my medical condition and all and then s not allowed. She was rude! Never will I stay there again. She made me feel very uncomfortable there.”

“There were plenty of food options close by and the AC unit worked well. No complaints here.”

“Absolutely beautiful property, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The rooms are large, cozy and nicely decorated. It was quite and perfect for couples. We had brunch at the Hickory and the food was excellent. Many activities also available on site.”

“Parking was good staff was very good the beds in our room however were completely uncomfortable and breaking down. If you're unfortunate enough to lead toward the side of the bed it compressed and he was sliding onto the floor. The other bed in our room was very very hard. But for some are mattresses fine the bathroom also had mold stains up under the shower lip going around the tub. The drain also rusted and corroded in the shower We stayed at Red Roof Inns before and we think this one was……

“This was a sirprise gem. It's in quite a busy area, with a number of stores and restaurants close by, and near 81, but going up to the motel is like going into another world. It's a lovely pastoral scene with a view of the distant mountains, and so quiet! In the next room was an occasionally screaming toddler but I wouldn't have known if his mother hadn't told me. I couldn't hear a thing. The room itself was basic but comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.”

“First of all the picture of the facility is NOTHING like the check-in area or any other place in the building. I was disappointed with the accommodations...they were marginally adequate. The desk staff was helpful and courteous which was a big plus.”
