“The location of the condo was fantastic, and the procedure to get through the gate and into the condo was very straightforward. The condo appears to be a bit of a work in progress. There were small things either not complete, new lamps without light bulbs in the bedroom and living room, or missing no dresser or drawer space, as well as the closets missing the rod to hang clothes on. It could also use a few more items in the kitchen, casserole dish (wanted to make brownies for the kids), pot……

“The whole resort is great. Amazing views, great pool & restaurant, nice gym. If you have a kayak like I did, you can launch it from a little beach right next to the parking lot. The unit was clean, well appointed and communication from the host was excellent. ”

“Great area. Condo itself was fine as far as dishes, appliances, beach items for use and linens but the house keeping was horrid. Toothpaste on the sinks, rugs hadn’t been vacuumed, showers were quite moldy, cobwebs, comforters and shams were noticeably dirty. I had to wash them along with all extra blankets before using. We’ve stayed in several VRBO units this was the dirtiest.”

“We checked into our Captiva South Seas Marina Villa unit 704 the afternoon of Friday, October 24.Great! The 2 BR, 2 bath Villa 704 was certainly enough space for my wife and me (I enjoyed having my own bathroom when getting ready for the day). In fact, the unit would accommodate a family of 4 without issue. It’s conveniently located on the north end of the resort with a short walk to Sunset Beach, South Seas pool and South Seas restaurants. Everything in the unit appears to be recently fresh and……

“the space was great! Clean and she provided all the things! they even have a pay it forward cabinet which helped bc I forgot a razor! Not to mention all the beach amenities which helped us a ton! Definitely will book again when we return! Can’t wait to see the pool and hot tub area completed. ”

“The condo was amazing. It was very clean and up to date. Great view of the gulf and bay from the balcony as well as from the bedroom and living room/kitchen area. Great location. Very short drive to Lovers Key Beach as well as Bonita Springs beaches. Fort Myers Beach took longer due to traffic but still within a 30 minute drive. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic. I enjoyed watching the boats in the bay from both the pool and hot tub. My first morning a dolphin swam next to the pool……
