The location was great and the Bonita bay neighborhood was beautiful and had many running/biking trails. The screened in porch was very peaceful in the morning for coffee drinking and reading. “This condo is just right for 2 adults. Clean, perfect location in Wild Pines for the pool and community grilles. Owners very responsive to questions. We had zero issues with the condo. So much to do in Bonita Springs/Naples area. But for us to be able to get a walk in early, do an activity and visit the pool each day was what we needed to get away from the cold Michigan weather. Already booked for 2026!”

“This is a wonderful property in gated community that offers tremendous comfort, great walking paths, pool and hot tub. Bonita Springs has excellent restaurants, close to shopping and Tamiami takes you to Naples or Ft Meyers in just about 20-40 minutes. Love this area!”

“Condo was very clean. If there is some way to let visitors know you provide beach towels and hair dryers it would be helpful as I brought my own- I know I should have asked first. Good location for us. A lamp in the living room would be great since we had the bright light from the fan on all the time. I would stay here again”

“Our family enjoyed this modern but charming unit. The master bedroom was very comfortable with plenty of drawers and closet space. The pool was well-heated and the unit had many different pool floaties, as well as a great selection of beach toys and chairs, and a cooler. Bonita Bay is such a beautiful property - a true tropical paradise. Sometimes we felt like we were in Hawaii or Costa Rica it is so lushly landscaped. You can walk or bike for miles inside the development. One loop is almost 6……

The pool was very nice. Sitting on the screened balcony watching golfers was a lot of fun. I would definitely rent again.”

“This condo is super clean, located in a quiet, peaceful community, close to the beach with shuttle service available, pool and hot tub are close walk across the parking lot. Lanai was great for relaxing in the morning or evening. People were friendly, Sherry was great to work with and readily available if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again. A couple of suggestions for improvements: since it is a condo that notes it can sleep 6, it could use a……

“It was a modern and sleekly decorated condo. Community was beautiful, walkable and well maintained. The beach amenities such as cooler, umbrella, towels and beach chair were huge bonuses with the stay. Any issues were addressed with the property manager.”

“We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. Outdoor lania and pool area was perfect for dining, relaxing, swimming. Lots of sun. There is a construction project in the rear of the home……

I’m typically a nitpicker but can’t think of a single nit to pick here. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Perfect place for our family. Wonderful pool snd view of the inlet. We saw dolphins everyday we were there. My son fished off the dock and caught quite a few. It was close to excersions we planned on Marco Island and Naples. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing poles, boogie boards and more. Thank you for a wonderful trip”
