“Clean property, easy access. Good kitchen supplies. It was nice to be staying on the island and close to the beach.”

“Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!”

“Responsive host. Unit was very clean and comfortable and had a great location. Pool and hot tub were great. Beach access was very good.”

“We had a fabulous vacation in South Seas. Communication was excellent with every message answered quickly. Nice & clean, perfect size for us. It was stocked with supplies to get us up & running quickly. Would highly recommend our host and South Seas for your next trip.”

The pool that you do have access to was filthy. I spoke with the registration person who admittedly took some responsibility for the fact……
