Got to the hotel an are room was dirty so gave us another one an it was dirty too moved us to a suite an it was dirty also so my wife just told them that she would clean it herself finely after all of that when to sleep that night an had the cops banging down are door so u can say we wont be staying there again

This property should be taken off Expedia website, we arrived to find the police, we spoke to the officers and they said they respond to at least 10 drugs deaths every month at this hotel, and highly recommend we not stay there. The hotel cancelled our reservations. Expedia should refund our money and cash points. When we book thru Expedia we expect to be safe.

Pedi 2 cuarto 1 tenía el sifo del lavamano roto fui al mostrador y me dijeron que no tenian mas cuarto y que ivan a mandar a alguien pero nunca llego teve que poner el safacon de bajo y el otro cuarto se daño la pluma del lavamano nunca dejaba de botar agua tuvimos que cerrar lo en la llave de abajo del cautel

I wish I could give more, but it was complicated. Check in was good with the front desk clerk. We got to our room and it was smelling like mold, so we had to spray deodorant. The next day we went out most of the day, got back at 6pm cause we had an anniversary dinner reservation at a restaurant for 7pm. When we tried to get in the room, the keys wouldn't work, I walked to the front desk and I had to identify myself to get a new set of keys. Back to the room, and again, keys won't work. To the front desk again and he had to call his boss to report it. The boss said he would be there in 30 mins to fix the lock. We had to cancel our reservation since we were already late and not knowing how long before having access to our room. We went next door to a sport bar to grab something to eat while we waited for them to open our door. 30 mins later they called me that the boss was there to open the door, but we asked to let us be there to make sure everything was ok with our stuff, so we had to pack our dinner to go and leave the bar. When we got to the room, he had already opened the lock and they gave us another room 2 doors down. My problem here was that when we told the boss we had to cancel our dinner reservation, he was very sarcastic and said he didn't know why we did it since it only took him 5 minutes to unlock the door. I asked him, what about the time wasted from the room to the front desk and back plus 30 mins for him to arrive. He laughed and said, it only took 5 mins. 👎

The stay was comfortable and quite close to wheer i needed to be. Clean rooms but a bit dated appliances and being in florida heat the AC units could do with updating. None the less it was a confortable stay

Very few people or noise. The lake was beautiful. Comfy bed and decent towels. Room needs some TLC — paint chipping in the bathroom and a poor bath fit install.
