“This was our second stay at 33 Main. Wonderfully maintain, homey environment, with friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Welcoming cookies, and beautiful water bottle. They even remembered that we asked for the beach and gave us excellent recommendation. Convenient parking in the back. My only suggestion for improvement is breakfast - last year it was much better.”

“We had a lovely 2 night stay in early July. This is a classic New England inn- think cozy, warm and well lived. If you are looking for sleek and spa this is not it. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with very friendly owners and staff- this is for you. The pool was fantastic bonus as it was 98 degrees during our stay.”

“Very disappointed. The shower drain was completely clogged. We called the front desk and they came and pulled a huge hair ball from the drain. Clearly it was not maintained. The room had no extras and weird design. E.g. the faucet at the sink was hard to control. I paid an excessive amount for this room and there wasn’t even free coffee in the lobby in the morning.”

“Good location, beautiful inn. We had a claw tub with hand held shower only. Breakfast was delicious and great choices. Roo. Temp easy to adjust. No USB plugs or convenient outlet near bed. TV was rather small on a dresser. Two nice chairs in room. Good space overall.”

“Nice stay at this Holiday Express in Pittsfield. The staff were so polite and helpful, building looked brand new. My husband and I were happy with the gym equipment, the pool looked nice and clean as well. Excellent complimentary breakfast that went until 10:00. 😊 Definitely recommend!!!!”

“Comfy beds, clean cute and modern, I love everything about this little place. Easy check in even though it’s basically virtual they communicated clearly and quickly about my room and door code. Only thing was there was a container of someone else’s snack leftover in my mini fridge when I arrived I just threw it out. I love the real coffee mugs in the room that’s a nice touch.”
