“When I booked this earlier this year, I was under the impression that I would be IN the Red Lion Inn, not the other house down the block. So, this was a surprise to us. Unfortunately, the Steven House was very lack luster.”

“A bit old in the legs, but with a nice sense of New England country charm, and very kind and helpful staff!”

“The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were on the second floor but there was no elevator. The room had a balcony that needed upkeep, paint and to replace a few boards. The breakfast was adequate. The location was excellent for what we wanted to do.”

“A beautiful and quiet location in the mountains. Very clean, everything worked, and peaceful! Thanks for a wonderful visit!”

“很好的酒店，无论房间设备还是工作人员素质以及房间清洁程度，值得入住”

“Convenient but the service has to be improved.”

“The sheets were clean, the towels were clean, the hard surfaces of the room were clean, the carpet was fairly new and clean. They turned on the heat for us before we arrived, so the room was warm. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows inside the cases were dingy. There were two small bars of soap, one small bottle of shampoo, and only a partial roll of toilet paper. (It’s a good thing we always have some packed.) The room had a lot of traffic noise all night long. We didn’t realize……

“Nice location.”

“Room was clean and comfortably appointed. Parking was not an issue even though the hotel was full. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming.”
