"Hotel is nice and provided with hot breakfast, unfortunately, we don't have chance to enjoy it because of full scheduled in short stay in Toronto. We have bad experienced with the electronic door lock. Even the door was closed and locked, it could easily open using the door handle without the door key scanner. We informed the front desk and yes, a technician come in about 30 min. and come back again with parts. Finally to get it fixed. This ruin our itinerary. Two friends needed to stay in the room until the electronic door lock is fixed. We are in a two bedrooms with two toilets suites. The toilet water run very slow and not pressure enough to flush everything away. Finally, it stuffed and we need to report to the front desk again. Hope the housekeeping department will aware the problem and get it fixed and maintained well before guests check in. Overall, it is a good and nice hotel."

"Hello, Though I very much liked the spacious room, 2 issues were really quite unacceptable: 1) Refrigerator had a recurring, loud, grinding sound… about every 15-20 mins it would start up and continue for spprox 5 mins. This prevented any duration of sleep. 2) TV had a very weak connection… took several seconds to actually make/accept station choices. Once a station was chosen, it would suddenly fade at around 2-3 minutes of viewing. After nearly fading to black, msg would appear, “Your TV/internet connection is weak, contact…” Front desk staff came up and tried fixing it, but couldn’t and simply apologized… no offer to change rooms, discount my fee… ??! I was initially very impressed with the facilities, but after these two annoyances, I was extremely agitated… I was working in Toronto all the next day (performing childrens’ shows) with very little rest! Your staff needs to respond more pro-actively… the price was right, so I hope to have a more pleasant (& restful) experience next time I’m working in Toronto. Thank you."

"The hotel was nice and clean. A little hard to find because it's behind another hotel and a small outlet/parking lot. The staff was welcoming and nice. There's free parking which we were happy about. Fresh hot breakfast was served every morning (eggs, bread, waffles) and we had the options of cereal and fruits too. They had a nice small gym and swimming pool if you wanted to go for a dip. The hotel was close drive to restaurants as well. Definitely would come back again."
