Sometimes reviews have a way turning a bad experience(s) Into a good one. I recently stayed at Niagara Lodge & Suites, booked for 1 night but later booked an extra night, one of their very nice and amazing staffs Eddy put me in their jacuzzi room as that was the only room left and told me I have to switch rooms in the morning considering I had booked a different room and I told him am not switching, that I wanted what I booked for. He said to just let them know in the morning I don’t want to switch. What really got me pissed was the fact that a staff came to knock on my door and woke me up all in the name of switching rooms and this got me furious, the Manager then told her to leave me alone in the same room. It does feel good when a business recognizes loyal and returning customers.
It wasn’t the room I was interested in, just the idea of being woken up from my sleep and the idea of having to move my stuff to another room .. I just need to sleep after a stressful week at work. I drive from Toronto every weekend just to lodge here.
