“Ill start by saying that the host is nice and seems like a good guy. However, the property is not as described. It is a studio style, not a 1 bedroom. It is also in the basement of his home. 3 people cannot sleep comfortably as the couch is tiny. The room itself was very clean, the outside - not so much. There was no bar, the cushions for the patio chairs werent the right size or not there at all. The kayak that was there looked like it hadnt been touched in several years, the dock needs to be...

“This location is ideal in Lewisville. Quite and safe area. Within walking distance to parks, grocery stores and restaurants. The hosts are fantastic - very responsive and helpful. The home is very clean and has everything you would need for your stay.”

“Great communication, pet-friendly, easy to get in, parking wasn't an issue on the street, area felt very safe and quiet. Only critique I have is there was a faint smell of smoke in the living room - I'm not sure if people are allowed to smoke inside because the listing says smoking allowed in "designated areas" but regardless it was something we noticed because we were traveling with an infant. Otherwise have nothing bad to say about this apartment.”

“My friends and I stayed here for a night and it was great! The place is super cute and cozy. The beds were comfy, the decor was adorable, and it was clean (which is a huge factor for me). The location was nice and quiet, tucked in against the woods. Jeanne was very helpful and was very communicative for the whole process. This place is great for a tight knit group who don’t mind closeness in proximity.”
