"The Peter Hill home is a cool old building! It’s been rehabbed very nicely and was a comfortable place for our family of 7 to cook, eat and hang around. We loved being within walking distance to the Carnegie Museum and the river walk and marina. It was just a short trip to Pine Grove Park and Light House beach. It was a great little get away for us! It’s a newer listing and there are just a few things that I’m sure the owner will get worked out very quickly. He was responsive and helpful. "
